- Éternel, écoute ma prière, Et que mon cri parvienne jusqu'à toi! (Ⅱ) - Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee. (Ⅲ) - εἰσάκουσον κύριε τη̃ς προσευχη̃ς μου καὶ ἡ κραυγή μου πρὸς σὲ ἐλθάτω (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃102 יהוה שמעה תפלתי ושועתי אליך תבוא (Ⅴ)

Non avertas faciem tuam a me :/ in quacumque die tribulor, inclina ad me aurem tuam ;/ in quacumque die invocavero te, velociter exaudi me./
- Ne me cache pas ta face au jour de ma détresse! Incline vers moi ton oreille quand je crie! Hâte-toi de m'exaucer! (Ⅱ) - Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily. (Ⅲ) - μὴ ἀποστρέψη̨ς τὸ πρόσωπόν σου ἀπ' ἐμου̃ ἐν ἡ̨̃ ἂν ἡμέρα̨ θλίβωμαι κλι̃νον τὸ οὐ̃ς σου πρός με ἐν ἡ̨̃ ἂν ἡμέρα̨ ἐπικαλέσωμαί σε ταχὺ εἰσάκουσόν μου (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃102 אל תסתר פניך ממני ביום צר לי הטה אלי אזנך ביום אקרא מהר ענני (Ⅴ)

Quia defecerunt sicut fumus dies mei,/ et ossa mea sicut cremium aruerunt./
- Car mes jours s'évanouissent en fumée, Et mes os sont enflammés comme un tison. (Ⅱ) - For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth. (Ⅲ) - ὅτι ἐξέλιπον ὡσεὶ καπνὸς αἱ ἡμέραι μου καὶ τὰ ὀστα̃ μου ὡσεὶ φρύγιον συνεφρύγησαν (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃102 כי כלו בעשן ימי ועצמותי כמו קד נחרו (Ⅴ)

Percussus sum ut fœnum, et aruit cor meum,/ quia oblitus sum comedere panem meum./
- Mon coeur est frappé et se dessèche comme l'herbe; J'oublie même de manger mon pain. (Ⅱ) - My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread. (Ⅲ) - ἐπλήγη ὡσεὶ χόρτος καὶ ἐξηράνθη ἡ καρδία μου ὅτι ἐπελαθόμην του̃ φαγει̃ν τὸν ἄρτον μου (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃102 הוכה כעשב ויבש לבי כי שכחתי מאכל לחמי (Ⅴ)

- Je ressemble au pélican du désert, Je suis comme le chat-huant des ruines; (Ⅱ) - I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert. (Ⅲ) - ὡμοιώθην πελεκα̃νι ἐρημικω̨̃ ἐγενήθην ὡσεὶ νυκτικόραξ ἐν οἰκοπέδω̨ (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃102 דמיתי לקאת מדבר הייתי ככוס חרבות (Ⅴ)

Vigilavi, et factus sum sicut passer solitarius in tecto./
- Je n'ai plus de sommeil, et je suis Comme l'oiseau solitaire sur un toit. (Ⅱ) - I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top. (Ⅲ) - ἠγρύπνησα καὶ ἐγενήθην ὡσεὶ στρουθίον μονάζον ἐπὶ δώματι (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃102 שקדתי ואהיה כצפור בודד על גג (Ⅴ)

Tota die exprobrabant mihi inimici mei,/ et qui laudabant me adversum me jurabant :/

- A cause de ta colère et de ta fureur; Car tu m'as soulevé et jeté au loin. (Ⅱ) - Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down. - Mes jours sont comme l'ombre à son déclin, Et je me dessèche comme l'herbe. (Ⅱ) - My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass. (Ⅲ) - αἱ ἡμέραι μου ὡσεὶ σκιὰ ἐκλίθησαν καὶ ἐγὼ ὡσεὶ χόρτος ἐξηράνθην (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃102 ימי כצל נטוי ואני כעשב איבש (Ⅴ)

Tu autem, Domine, in æternum permanes,/ et memoriale tuum in generationem et generationem./
- Mais toi, Éternel! tu règnes à perpétuité, Et ta mémoire dure de génération en génération. (Ⅱ) - But thou, O LORD, shall endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations. (Ⅲ) - σὺ δέ κύριε εἰς τὸν αἰω̃να μένεις καὶ τὸ μνημόσυνόν σου εἰς γενεὰν καὶ γενεάν (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃102 ואתה יהוה לעולם תשב וזכרך לדר ודר (Ⅴ)

Tu exsurgens misereberis Sion,/ quia tempus miserendi ejus, quia venit tempus :/
- Tu te lèveras, tu auras pitié de Sion; Car le temps d'avoir pitié d'elle, Le temps fixé est à son terme; (Ⅱ) - Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come. (Ⅲ) - σὺ ἀναστὰς οἰκτιρήσεις τὴν Σιων ὅτι καιρὸς του̃ οἰκτιρη̃σαι αὐτήν ὅτι ἥκει καιρός (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃102 אתה תקום תרחם ציון כי עת לחננה כי בא מועד (Ⅴ)

quoniam placuerunt servis tuis lapides ejus,/ et terræ ejus miserebuntur./
- Car tes serviteurs en aiment les pierres, Ils en chérissent la poussière. (Ⅱ) - For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof. (Ⅲ) - ὅτι εὐδόκησαν οἱ δου̃λοί σου τοὺς λίθους αὐτη̃ς καὶ τὸν χου̃ν αὐτη̃ς οἰκτιρήσουσιν (Ⅳ) - 15 ׃102 כי רצו עבדיך את אבניה ואת עפרה יחננו (Ⅴ)

Et timebunt gentes nomen tuum, Domine,/ et omnes reges terræ gloriam tuam :/
- Alors les nations craindront le nom de l'Éternel, Et tous les rois de la terre ta gloire. (Ⅱ) - So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory. (Ⅲ) - καὶ φοβηθήσονται τὰ ἔθνη τὸ ὄνομα κυρίου καὶ πάντες οἱ βασιλει̃ς τη̃ς γη̃ς τὴν δόξαν σου (Ⅳ) - 16 ׃102 וייראו גוים את שם יהוה וכל מלכי הארץ את כבודך (Ⅴ)

quia ædificavit Dominus Sion,/ et videbitur in gloria sua./
- Oui, l'Éternel rebâtira Sion, Il se montrera dans sa gloire. (Ⅱ) - When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory. (Ⅲ) - ὅτι οἰκοδομήσει κύριος τὴν Σιων καὶ ὀφθήσεται ἐν τη̨̃ δόξη̨ αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - 17 ׃102 כי בנה יהוה ציון נראה בכבודו (Ⅴ)

Respexit in orationem humilium/ et non sprevit precem eorum./
- Il est attentif à la prière du misérable, Il ne dédaigne pas sa prière. (Ⅱ) - He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer. (Ⅲ) - ἐπέβλεψεν ἐπὶ τὴν προσευχὴν τω̃ν ταπεινω̃ν καὶ οὐκ ἐξουδένωσεν τὴν δέησιν αὐτω̃ν (Ⅳ) - 18 ׃102 פנה אל תפלת הערער ולא בזה את תפלתם (Ⅴ)

Scribantur hæc in generatione altera,/ et populus qui creabitur laudabit Dominum./
- Que cela soit écrit pour la génération future, Et que le peuple qui sera créé célèbre l'Éternel! (Ⅱ) - This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD. (Ⅲ) - γραφήτω αὕτη εἰς γενεὰν ἑτέραν καὶ λαὸς ὁ κτιζόμενος αἰνέσει τὸν κύριον (Ⅳ) - 19 ׃102 תכתב זאת לדור אחרון ועם נברא יהלל יה (Ⅴ)

Quia prospexit de excelso sancto suo ;/ Dominus de cælo in terram aspexit :/
- Car il regarde du lieu élevé de sa sainteté; Du haut des cieux l'Éternel regarde sur la terre, (Ⅱ) - For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth; (Ⅲ) - ὅτι ἐξέκυψεν ἐξ ὕψους ἁγίου αὐτου̃ κύριος ἐξ οὐρανου̃ ἐπὶ τὴν γη̃ν ἐπέβλεψεν (Ⅳ) - 20 ׃102 כי השקיף ממרום קדשו יהוה משמים אל ארץ הביט (Ⅴ)

ut audiret gemitus compeditorum ;/ ut solveret filios interemptorum :/
- Pour écouter les gémissements des captifs, Pour délivrer ceux qui vont périr, (Ⅱ) - To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death; (Ⅲ) - του̃ ἀκου̃σαι τὸν στεναγμὸν τω̃ν πεπεδημένων του̃ λυ̃σαι τοὺς υἱοὺς τω̃ν τεθανατωμένων (Ⅳ) - 21 ׃102 לשמע אנקת אסיר לפתח בני תמותה (Ⅴ)

- Afin qu'ils publient dans Sion le nom de l'Éternel, Et ses louanges dans Jérusalem, (Ⅱ) - To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem; (Ⅲ) - του̃ ἀναγγει̃λαι ἐν Σιων τὸ ὄνομα κυρίου καὶ τὴν αἴνεσιν αὐτου̃ ἐν Ιερουσαλημ (Ⅳ) - 22 ׃102 לספר בציון שם יהוה ותהלתו בירושלם (Ⅴ)

in conveniendo populos in unum, et reges,/ ut serviant Domino./
- Quand tous les peuples s'assembleront, Et tous les royaumes, pour servir l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the LORD. (Ⅲ) - ἐν τω̨̃ συναχθη̃ναι λαοὺς ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτὸ καὶ βασιλείας του̃ δουλεύειν τω̨̃ κυρίω̨ (Ⅳ) - 23 ׃102 בהקבץ עמים יחדו וממלכות לעבד את יהוה (Ⅴ)

Respondit ei in via virtutis suæ :/ Paucitatem dierum meorum nuntia mihi :/
- Il a brisé ma force dans la route, Il a abrégé mes jours. (Ⅱ) - He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days. (Ⅲ) - ἀπεκρίθη αὐτω̨̃ ἐν ὁδω̨̃ ἰσχύος αὐτου̃ τὴν ὀλιγότητα τω̃ν ἡμερω̃ν μου ἀνάγγειλόν μοι (Ⅳ) - 24 ׃102 ענה בדרך *כחו **כחי קצר ימי (Ⅴ)

ne revoces me in dimidio dierum meorum,/ in generationem et generationem anni tui./
- Je dis: Mon Dieu, ne m'enlève pas au milieu de mes jours, Toi, dont les années durent éternellement! (Ⅱ) - I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years are throughout all generations. (Ⅲ) - μὴ ἀναγάγη̨ς με ἐν ἡμίσει ἡμερω̃ν μου ἐν γενεα̨̃ γενεω̃ν τὰ ἔτη σου (Ⅳ) - 25 ׃102 אמר אלי אל תעלני בחצי ימי בדור דורים שנותיך (Ⅴ)

Initio tu, Domine, terram fundasti,/ et opera manuum tuarum sunt cæli./
- Tu as anciennement fondé la terre, Et les cieux sont l'ouvrage de tes mains. (Ⅱ) - Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. (Ⅲ) - κατ' ἀρχὰς σύ κύριε τὴν γη̃ν ἐθεμελίωσας καὶ ἔργα τω̃ν χειρω̃ν σού εἰσιν οἱ οὐρανοί (Ⅳ) - 26 ׃102 לפנים הארץ יסדת ומעשה ידיך שמים (Ⅴ)

Ipsi peribunt, tu autem permanes ;/ et omnes sicut vestimentum veterascent./ Et sicut opertorium mutabis eos, et mutabuntur ;/
- Ils périront, mais tu subsisteras; Ils s'useront tous comme un vêtement; Tu les changeras comme un habit, et ils seront changés. (Ⅱ) - They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed: (Ⅲ) - αὐτοὶ ἀπολου̃νται σὺ δὲ διαμενει̃ς καὶ πάντες ὡς ἱμάτιον παλαιωθήσονται καὶ ὡσεὶ περιβόλαιον ἀλλάξεις αὐτούς καὶ ἀλλαγήσονται (Ⅳ) - 27 ׃102 המה יאבדו ואתה תעמד וכלם כבגד יבלו כלבוש תחליפם ויחלפו (Ⅴ)

tu autem idem ipse es, et anni tui non deficient./
- Mais toi, tu restes le même, Et tes années ne finiront point. (Ⅱ) - But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end. (Ⅲ) - σὺ δὲ ὁ αὐτὸς εἰ̃ καὶ τὰ ἔτη σου οὐκ ἐκλείψουσιν (Ⅳ) - 28 ׃102 ואתה הוא ושנותיך לא יתמו (Ⅴ)

Filii servorum tuorum habitabunt,/ et semen eorum in sæculum dirigetur.]
- Les fils de tes serviteurs habiteront leur pays, Et leur postérité s'affermira devant toi. (Ⅱ) - The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee. (Ⅲ) - οἱ υἱοὶ τω̃ν δούλων σου κατασκηνώσουσιν καὶ τὸ σπέρμα αὐτω̃ν εἰς τὸν αἰω̃να κατευθυνθήσεται (Ⅳ) - 29 ׃102 בני עבדיך ישכונו וזרעם לפניך יכון (Ⅴ)
