Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.

Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.
- Que le nom de l'Éternel soit béni, Dès maintenant et à jamais! (Ⅱ) - εἴη τὸ ὄνομα κυρίου εὐλογημένον ἀπὸ του̃ νυ̃ν καὶ ἕως του̃ αἰω̃νος (Ⅲ) - Sit nomen Domini benedictum/ ex hoc nunc et usque in sæculum./ (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃113 יהי שם יהוה מברך מעתה ועד עולם (Ⅴ)

From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the LORD's name is to be praised.
- Du lever du soleil jusqu'à son couchant, Que le nom de l'Éternel soit célébré! (Ⅱ) - ἀπὸ ἀνατολω̃ν ἡλίου μέχρι δυσμω̃ν αἰνει̃τε τὸ ὄνομα κυρίου (Ⅲ) - A solis ortu usque ad occasum/ laudabile nomen Domini./ (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃113 ממזרח שמש עד מבואו מהלל שם יהוה (Ⅴ)

The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.
- L'Éternel est élevé au-dessus de toutes les nations, Sa gloire est au-dessus des cieux. (Ⅱ) - ὑψηλὸς ἐπὶ πάντα τὰ ἔθνη ὁ κύριος ἐπὶ τοὺς οὐρανοὺς ἡ δόξα αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ) - Excelsus super omnes gentes Dominus,/ et super cælos gloria ejus./ (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃113 רם על כל גוים יהוה על השמים כבודו (Ⅴ)

Who is like unto the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high,
- Qui est semblable à l'Éternel, notre Dieu? Il a sa demeure en haut; (Ⅱ) - τίς ὡς κύριος ὁ θεὸς ἡμω̃ν ὁ ἐν ὑψηλοι̃ς κατοικω̃ν (Ⅲ) - Quis sicut Dominus Deus noster, qui in altis habitat,/ (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃113 מי כיהוה אלהינו המגביהי לשבת (Ⅴ)

Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!
- Il abaisse les regards Sur les cieux et sur la terre. (Ⅱ) - καὶ τὰ ταπεινὰ ἐφορω̃ν ἐν τω̨̃ οὐρανω̨̃ καὶ ἐν τη̨̃ γη̨̃ (Ⅲ) - et humilia respicit in cælo et in terra ?/ (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃113 המשפילי לראות בשמים ובארץ (Ⅴ)

He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;
- De la poussière il retire le pauvre, Du fumier il relève l'indigent, (Ⅱ) - ὁ ἐγείρων ἀπὸ γη̃ς πτωχὸν καὶ ἀπὸ κοπρίας ἀνυψω̃ν πένητα (Ⅲ) - Suscitans a terra inopem,/ et de stercore erigens pauperem :/ (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃113 מקימי מעפר דל מאשפת ירים אביון (Ⅴ)

That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
- Pour les faire asseoir avec les grands, Avec les grands de son peuple. (Ⅱ) - του̃ καθίσαι αὐτὸν μετὰ ἀρχόντων μετὰ ἀρχόντων λαου̃ αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ) - ut collocet eum cum principibus,/ cum principibus populi sui./ (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃113 להושיבי עם נדיבים עם נדיבי עמו (Ⅴ)

He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD.
- Il donne une maison à celle qui était stérile, Il en fait une mère joyeuse au milieu de ses enfants. Louez l'Éternel! (Ⅱ) - ὁ κατοικίζων στει̃ραν ἐν οἴκω̨ μητέρα τέκνων εὐφραινομένην (Ⅲ) - Qui habitare facit sterilem in domo,/ matrem filiorum lætantem.] (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃113 מושיבי עקרת הבית אם הבנים שמחה הללו יה (Ⅴ)
