sicut juravit Domino ;/ votum vovit Deo Jacob :/
- Il jura à l'Éternel, Il fit ce voeu au puissant de Jacob: (Ⅱ) - How he sware unto the LORD, and vowed unto the mighty God of Jacob; (Ⅲ) - ὡς ὤμοσεν τω̨̃ κυρίω̨ ηὔξατο τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ Ιακωβ (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃132 אשר נשבע ליהוה נדר לאביר יעקב (Ⅴ)

Si introiero in tabernaculum domus meæ ;/ si ascendero in lectum strati mei ;/
- Je n'entrerai pas dans la tente où j'habite, Je ne monterai pas sur le lit où je repose, (Ⅱ) - Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, nor go up into my bed; (Ⅲ) - εἰ εἰσελεύσομαι εἰς σκήνωμα οἴκου μου εἰ ἀναβήσομαι ἐπὶ κλίνης στρωμνη̃ς μου (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃132 אם אבא באהל ביתי אם אעלה על ערש יצועי (Ⅴ)

si dedero somnum oculis meis,/ et palpebris meis dormitationem,/
- Je ne donnerai ni sommeil à mes yeux, Ni assoupissement à mes paupières. (Ⅱ) - I will not give sleep to mine eyes, or slumber to mine eyelids, (Ⅲ) - εἰ δώσω ὕπνον τοι̃ς ὀφθαλμοι̃ς μου καὶ τοι̃ς βλεφάροις μου νυσταγμὸν καὶ ἀνάπαυσιν τοι̃ς κροτάφοις μου (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃132 אם אתן שנת לעיני לעפעפי תנומה (Ⅴ)

et requiem temporibus meis,/ donec inveniam locum Domino,/ tabernaculum Deo Jacob./
- Jusqu'à ce que j'aie trouvé un lieu pour l'Éternel, Une demeure pour le puissant de Jacob. (Ⅱ) - Until I find out a place for the LORD, an habitation for the mighty God of Jacob. (Ⅲ) - ἕως οὑ̃ εὕρω τόπον τω̨̃ κυρίω̨ σκήνωμα τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ Ιακωβ (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃132 עד אמצא מקום ליהוה משכנות לאביר יעקב (Ⅴ)

Ecce audivimus eam in Ephrata ;/ invenimus eam in campis silvæ./
- Voici, nous en entendîmes parler à Éphrata, Nous la trouvâmes dans les champs de Jaar... (Ⅱ) - Lo, we heard of it at Ephratah: we found it in the fields of the wood. (Ⅲ) - ἰδοὺ ἠκούσαμεν αὐτὴν ἐν Εφραθα εὕρομεν αὐτὴν ἐν τοι̃ς πεδίοις του̃ δρυμου̃ (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃132 הנה שמענוה באפרתה מצאנוה בשדי יער (Ⅴ)

Introibimus in tabernaculum ejus ;/ adorabimus in loco ubi steterunt pedes ejus./
- Allons à sa demeure, Prosternons-nous devant son marchepied!... (Ⅱ) - We will go into his tabernacles: we will worship at his footstool. (Ⅲ) - εἰσελευσόμεθα εἰς τὰ σκηνώματα αὐτου̃ προσκυνήσομεν εἰς τὸν τόπον οὑ̃ ἔστησαν οἱ πόδες αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃132 נבואה למשכנותיו נשתחוה להדם רגליו (Ⅴ)

Surge, Domine, in requiem tuam,/ tu et arca sanctificationis tuæ./
- Lève-toi, Éternel, viens à ton lieu de repos, Toi et l'arche de ta majesté! (Ⅱ) - Arise, O LORD, into thy rest; thou, and the ark of thy strength. (Ⅲ) - ἀνάστηθι κύριε εἰς τὴν ἀνάπαυσίν σου σὺ καὶ ἡ κιβωτὸς του̃ ἁγιάσματός σου (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃132 קומה יהוה למנוחתך אתה וארון עזך (Ⅴ)

Sacerdotes tui induantur justitiam,/ et sancti tui exsultent./
- Que tes sacrificateurs soient revêtus de justice, Et que tes fidèles poussent des cris de joie! (Ⅱ) - Let thy priests be clothed with righteousness; and let thy saints shout for joy. (Ⅲ) - οἱ ἱερει̃ς σου ἐνδύσονται δικαιοσύνην καὶ οἱ ὅσιοί σου ἀγαλλιάσονται (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃132 כהניך ילבשו צדק וחסידיך ירננו (Ⅴ)

Propter David servum tuum/ non avertas faciem christi tui./
- A cause de David, ton serviteur, Ne repousse pas ton oint! (Ⅱ) - For thy servant David's sake turn not away the face of thine anointed. (Ⅲ) - ἕνεκεν Δαυιδ του̃ δούλου σου μὴ ἀποστρέψη̨ς τὸ πρόσωπον του̃ χριστου̃ σου (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃132 בעבור דוד עבדך אל תשב פני משיחך (Ⅴ)

Juravit Dominus David veritatem,/ et non frustrabitur eam :/ De fructu ventris tui/ ponam super sedem tuam./
- L'Éternel a juré la vérité à David, Il n'en reviendra pas; Je mettrai sur ton trône un fruit de tes entrailles. (Ⅱ) - The LORD hath sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne. (Ⅲ) - ὤμοσεν κύριος τω̨̃ Δαυιδ ἀλήθειαν καὶ οὐ μὴ ἀθετήσει αὐτήν ἐκ καρπου̃ τη̃ς κοιλίας σου θήσομαι ἐπὶ τὸν θρόνον σου (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃132 נשבע יהוה לדוד אמת לא ישוב ממנה מפרי בטנך אשית לכסא לך (Ⅴ)

Si custodierint filii tui testamentum meum,/ et testimonia mea hæc quæ docebo eos,/ et filii eorum usque in sæculum/ sedebunt super sedem tuam./
- Si tes fils observent mon alliance Et mes préceptes que je leur enseigne, Leurs fils aussi pour toujours Seront assis sur ton trône. (Ⅱ) - If thy children will keep my covenant and my testimony that I shall teach them, their children shall also sit upon thy throne for evermore. (Ⅲ) - ἐὰν φυλάξωνται οἱ υἱοί σου τὴν διαθήκην μου καὶ τὰ μαρτύριά μου ταυ̃τα ἃ διδάξω αὐτούς καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτω̃ν ἕως του̃ αἰω̃νος καθιου̃νται ἐπὶ του̃ θρόνου σου (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃132 אם ישמרו בניך בריתי ועדתי זו אלמדם גם בניהם עדי עד ישבו לכסא לך (Ⅴ)

Quoniam elegit Dominus Sion :/ elegit eam in habitationem sibi./
- Oui, l'Éternel a choisi Sion, Il l'a désirée pour sa demeure: (Ⅱ) - For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation. (Ⅲ) - ὅτι ἐξελέξατο κύριος τὴν Σιων ἡ̨ρετίσατο αὐτὴν εἰς κατοικίαν ἑαυτω̨̃ (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃132 כי בחר יהוה בציון אוה למושב לו (Ⅴ)

Hæc requies mea in sæculum sæculi ;/ hic habitabo, quoniam elegi eam./
- C'est mon lieu de repos à toujours; J'y habiterai, car je l'ai désirée. (Ⅱ) - This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have desired it. (Ⅲ) - αὕτη ἡ κατάπαυσίς μου εἰς αἰω̃να αἰω̃νος ὡ̃δε κατοικήσω ὅτι ἡ̨ρετισάμην αὐτήν (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃132 זאת מנוחתי עדי עד פה אשב כי אותיה (Ⅴ)

Viduam ejus benedicens benedicam ;/ pauperes ejus saturabo panibus./
- Je bénirai sa nourriture, Je rassasierai de pain ses indigents; (Ⅱ) - I will abundantly bless her provision: I will satisfy her poor with bread. (Ⅲ) - τὴν θήραν αὐτη̃ς εὐλογω̃ν εὐλογήσω τοὺς πτωχοὺς αὐτη̃ς χορτάσω ἄρτων (Ⅳ) - 15 ׃132 צידה ברך אברך אביוניה אשביע לחם (Ⅴ)

Sacerdotes ejus induam salutari,/ et sancti ejus exsultatione exsultabunt./
- Je revêtirai de salut ses sacrificateurs, Et ses fidèles pousseront des cris de joie. (Ⅱ) - I will also clothe her priests with salvation: and her saints shall shout aloud for joy. (Ⅲ) - τοὺς ἱερει̃ς αὐτη̃ς ἐνδύσω σωτηρίαν καὶ οἱ ὅσιοι αὐτη̃ς ἀγαλλιάσει ἀγαλλιάσονται (Ⅳ) - 16 ׃132 וכהניה אלביש ישע וחסידיה רנן ירננו (Ⅴ)

Illuc producam cornu David ;/ paravi lucernam christo meo./
- Là j'élèverai la puissance de David, Je préparerai une lampe à mon oint, (Ⅱ) - There will I make the horn of David to bud: I have ordained a lamp for mine anointed. (Ⅲ) - ἐκει̃ ἐξανατελω̃ κέρας τω̨̃ Δαυιδ ἡτοίμασα λύχνον τω̨̃ χριστω̨̃ μου (Ⅳ) - 17 ׃132 שם אצמיח קרן לדוד ערכתי נר למשיחי (Ⅴ)

Inimicos ejus induam confusione ;/ super ipsum autem efflorebit sanctificatio mea.]
- Je revêtirai de honte ses ennemis, Et sur lui brillera sa couronne. (Ⅱ) - His enemies will I clothe with shame: but upon himself shall his crown flourish. (Ⅲ) - τοὺς ἐχθροὺς αὐτου̃ ἐνδύσω αἰσχύνην ἐπὶ δὲ αὐτὸν ἐξανθήσει τὸ ἁγίασμά μου (Ⅳ) - 18 ׃132 אויביו אלביש בשת ועליו יציץ נזרו (Ⅴ)
