Filii estote Domini Dei vestri : non vos incidetis, nec facietis calvitium super mortuo :
- Vous êtes les enfants de l'Éternel, votre Dieu. Vous ne vous ferez point d'incisions et vous ne ferez point de place chauve entre les yeux pour un mort. (Ⅱ) - Ye are the children of the LORD your God: ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead. (Ⅲ) - υἱοί ἐστε κυρίου του̃ θεου̃ ὑμω̃ν οὐ φοιβήσετε οὐκ ἐπιθήσετε φαλάκρωμα ἀνὰ μέσον τω̃ν ὀφθαλμω̃ν ὑμω̃ν ἐπὶ νεκρω̨̃ (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃14 בנים אתם ליהוה אלהיכם לא תתגדדו ולא תשימו קרחה בין עיניכם למת (Ⅴ)

quoniam populus sanctus es Domino Deo tuo, et te elegit ut sis ei in populum peculiarem de cunctis gentibus, quæ sunt super terram.
- Car tu es un peuple saint pour l'Éternel, ton Dieu; et l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'a choisi, pour que tu fusses un peuple qui lui appartînt entre tous les peuples qui sont sur la face de la terre. (Ⅱ) - For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth. (Ⅲ) - ὅτι λαὸς ἅγιος εἰ̃ κυρίω̨ τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ σου καὶ σὲ ἐξελέξατο κύριος ὁ θεός σου γενέσθαι σε αὐτω̨̃ λαὸν περιούσιον ἀπὸ πάντων τω̃ν ἐθνω̃ν τω̃ν ἐπὶ προσώπου τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃14 כי עם קדוש אתה ליהוה אלהיך ובך בחר יהוה להיות לו לעם סגלה מכל העמים אשר על פני האדמה ס (Ⅴ)

Ne comedatis quæ immunda sunt.
- Tu ne mangeras aucune chose abominable. (Ⅱ) - Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing. (Ⅲ) - οὐ φάγεσθε πα̃ν βδέλυγμα (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃14 לא תאכל כל תועבה (Ⅴ)

Hoc est animal quod comedere debetis : bovem, et ovem, et capram,
- Voici les animaux que vous mangerez: le boeuf, la brebis et la chèvre; (Ⅱ) - These are the beasts which ye shall eat: the ox, the sheep, and the goat, (Ⅲ) - ταυ̃τα τὰ κτήνη ἃ φάγεσθε μόσχον ἐκ βοω̃ν καὶ ἀμνὸν ἐκ προβάτων καὶ χίμαρον ἐξ αἰγω̃ν (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃14 זאת הבהמה אשר תאכלו שור שה כשבים ושה עזים (Ⅴ)

- le cerf, la gazelle et le daim; le bouquetin, le chevreuil, la chèvre sauvage et la girafe. (Ⅱ) - The hart, and the roebuck, and the fallow deer, and the wild goat, and the pygarg, and the wild ox, and the chamois. (Ⅲ) - ἔλαφον καὶ δορκάδα καὶ βούβαλον καὶ τραγέλαφον καὶ πύγαργον ὄρυγα καὶ καμηλοπάρδαλιν (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃14 איל וצבי ויחמור ואקו ודישן ותאו וזמר (Ⅴ)

Omne animal, quod in duas partes findit ungulam, et ruminat, comedetis.
- Vous mangerez de tout animal qui a la corne fendue, le pied fourchu, et qui rumine. (Ⅱ) - And every beast that parteth the hoof, and cleaveth the cleft into two claws, and cheweth the cud among the beasts, that ye shall eat. (Ⅲ) - πα̃ν κτη̃νος διχηλου̃ν ὁπλὴν καὶ ὀνυχιστη̃ρας ὀνυχίζον δύο χηλω̃ν καὶ ἀνάγον μηρυκισμὸν ἐν τοι̃ς κτήνεσιν ταυ̃τα φάγεσθε (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃14 וכל בהמה מפרסת פרסה ושסעת שסע שתי פרסות מעלת גרה בבהמה אתה תאכלו (Ⅴ)

De his autem, quæ ruminant, et ungulam non findunt, comedere non debetis, ut camelum, leporem, chœrogryllum : hæc, quia ruminant et non dividunt ungulam, immunda erunt vobis.
- Mais vous ne mangerez pas de ceux qui ruminent seulement, ou qui ont la corne fendue et le pied fourchu seulement. Ainsi, vous ne mangerez pas le chameau, le lièvre et le daman, qui ruminent, mais qui n'ont pas la corne fendue: vous les regarderez comme impurs. (Ⅱ) - Nevertheless these ye shall not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the cloven hoof; as the camel, and the hare, and the coney: for they chew the cud, but divide not the hoof; therefore they are unclean unto you. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ταυ̃τα οὐ φάγεσθε ἀπὸ τω̃ν ἀναγόντων μηρυκισμὸν καὶ ἀπὸ τω̃ν διχηλούντων τὰς ὁπλὰς καὶ ὀνυχιζόντων ὀνυχιστη̃ρας τὸν κάμηλον καὶ δασύποδα καὶ χοιρογρύλλιον ὅτι ἀνάγουσιν μηρυκισμὸν καὶ ὁπλὴν οὐ διχηλου̃σιν ἀκάθαρτα ταυ̃τα ὑμι̃ν ἐστιν (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃14 אך את זה לא תאכלו ממעלי הגרה וממפריסי הפרסה השסועה את הגמל ואת הארנבת ואת השפן כי מעלה גרה המה ופרסה לא הפריסו טמאים הם לכם (Ⅴ)

Sus quoque, quoniam dividat ungulam et non ruminat, immunda erit. Carnibus eorum non vescemini, et cadavera non tangetis.
- Vous ne mangerez pas le porc, qui a la corne fendue, mais qui ne rumine pas: vous le regarderez comme impur. Vous ne mangerez pas de leur chair, et vous ne toucherez pas leurs corps morts. (Ⅱ) - And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcass. (Ⅲ) - καὶ τὸν ὑ̃ν ὅτι διχηλει̃ ὁπλὴν του̃το καὶ ὀνυχίζει ὄνυχας ὁπλη̃ς καὶ του̃το μηρυκισμὸν οὐ μαρυκα̃ται ἀκάθαρτον του̃το ὑμι̃ν ἀπὸ τω̃ν κρεω̃ν αὐτω̃ν οὐ φάγεσθε καὶ τω̃ν θνησιμαίων αὐτω̃ν οὐχ ἅψεσθε (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃14 ואת החזיר כי מפריס פרסה הוא ולא גרה טמא הוא לכם מבשרם לא תאכלו ובנבלתם לא תגעו ס (Ⅴ)

Hæc comedetis ex omnibus quæ morantur in aquis : quæ habent pinnulas et squamas, comedite :
- Voici les animaux dont vous mangerez parmi tous ceux qui sont dans les eaux: vous mangerez de tous ceux qui ont des nageoires et des écailles. (Ⅱ) - These ye shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall ye eat: (Ⅲ) - καὶ ταυ̃τα φάγεσθε ἀπὸ πάντων τω̃ν ἐν τοι̃ς ὕδασιν πάντα ὅσα ἐστὶν ἐν αὐτοι̃ς πτερύγια καὶ λεπίδες φάγεσθε (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃14 את זה תאכלו מכל אשר במים כל אשר לו סנפיר וקשקשת תאכלו (Ⅴ)

Quidquid autem morticinum est, ne vescamini ex eo. Peregrino, qui intra portas tuas est, da ut comedat, aut vende ei : quia tu populus sanctus Domini Dei tui es. Non coques hædum in lacte matris suæ.\
- Vous ne mangerez d'aucune bête morte; tu la donneras à l'étranger qui sera dans tes portes, afin qu'il la mange, ou tu la vendras à un étranger; car tu es un peuple saint pour l'Éternel, ton Dieu. Tu ne feras point cuire un chevreau dans le lait de sa mère. (Ⅱ) - Ye shall not eat of anything that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates, that he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk. Decimam partem separabis de cunctis fructibus tuis qui nascuntur in terra per annos singulos,
- Tu lèveras la dîme de tout ce que produira ta semence, de ce que rapportera ton champ chaque année. (Ⅱ) - Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year. (Ⅲ) - δεκάτην ἀποδεκατώσεις παντὸς γενήματος του̃ σπέρματός σου τὸ γένημα του̃ ἀγρου̃ σου ἐνιαυτὸν κατ' ἐνιαυτόν (Ⅳ) - 22 ׃14 עשר תעשר את כל תבואת זרעך היצא השדה שנה שנה (Ⅴ)

et comedes in conspectu Domini Dei tui in loco quem elegerit, ut in eo nomen illius invocetur, decimam frumenti tui, et vini, et olei, et primogenita de armentis et ovibus tuis : ut discas timere Dominum Deum tuum omni tempore.
- Et tu mangeras devant l'Éternel, ton Dieu, dans le lieu qu'il choisira pour y faire résider son nom, la dîme de ton blé, de ton moût et de ton huile, et les premiers-nés de ton gros et de ton menu bétail, afin que tu apprennes à craindre toujours l'Éternel, ton Dieu. (Ⅱ) - And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always. (Ⅲ) - καὶ φάγη̨ αὐτὸ ἔναντι κυρίου του̃ θεου̃ σου ἐν τω̨̃ τόπω̨ ὡ̨̃ ἂν ἐκλέξηται κύριος ὁ θεός σου ἐπικληθη̃ναι τὸ ὄνομα αὐτου̃ ἐκει̃ οἴσετε τὰ ἐπιδέκατα του̃ σίτου σου καὶ του̃ οἴνου σου καὶ του̃ ἐλαίου σου τὰ πρωτότοκα τω̃ν βοω̃ν σου καὶ τω̃ν προβάτων σου ἵνα μάθη̨ς φοβει̃σθαι κύριον τὸν θεόν σου πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας (Ⅳ) - 23 ׃14 ואכלת לפני יהוה אלהיך במקום אשר יבחר לשכן שמו שם מעשר דגנך תירשך ויצהרך ובכרת בקרך וצאנך למען תלמד ליראה את יהוה אלהיך כל הימים (Ⅴ)

Cum autem longior fuerit via, et locus quem elegerit Dominus Deus tuus, tibique benedixerit, nec potueris ad eum hæc cuncta portare,
- Peut-être lorsque l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'aura béni, le chemin sera-t-il trop long pour que tu puisses transporter ta dîme, à cause de ton éloignement du lieu qu'aura choisi l'Éternel, ton Dieu, pour y faire résider son nom. (Ⅱ) - And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the LORD thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee: (Ⅲ) - ἐὰν δὲ μακρὰν γένηται ἀπὸ σου̃ ἡ ὁδὸς καὶ μὴ δύνη̨ ἀναφέρειν αὐτά ὅτι μακρὰν ἀπὸ σου̃ ὁ τόπος ὃν ἂν ἐκλέξηται κύριος ὁ θεός σου ἐπικληθη̃ναι τὸ ὄνομα αὐτου̃ ἐκει̃ ὅτι εὐλογήσει σε κύριος ὁ θεός σου (Ⅳ) - 24 ׃14 וכי ירבה ממך הדרך כי לא תוכל[U] שאתו כי ירחק ממך המקום אשר יבחר יהוה אלהיך לשום שמו שם כי יברכך יהוה אלהיך (Ⅴ)

vendes omnia, et in pretium rediges, portabisque manu tua, et proficisceris ad locum quem elegerit Dominus Deus tuus :
- Alors, tu échangeras ta dîme contre de l'argent, tu serreras cet argent dans ta main, et tu iras au lieu que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, aura choisi. (Ⅱ) - Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose: (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀποδώση̨ αὐτὰ ἀργυρίου καὶ λήμψη̨ τὸ ἀργύριον ἐν ται̃ς χερσίν σου καὶ πορεύση̨ εἰς τὸν τόπον ὃν ἂν ἐκλέξηται κύριος ὁ θεός σου αὐτόν (Ⅳ) - 25 ׃14 ונתתה בכסף וצרת הכסף בידך והלכת אל המקום אשר יבחר יהוה אלהיך בו (Ⅴ)

et emes ex eadem pecunia quidquid tibi placuerit, sive ex armentis, sive ex ovibus, vinum quoque et siceram, et omne quod desiderat anima tua : et comedes coram Domino Deo tuo, et epulaberis tu et domus tua :
- Là, tu achèteras avec l'argent tout ce que tu désireras, des boeufs, des brebis, du vin et des liqueurs fortes, tout ce qui te fera plaisir, tu mangeras devant l'Éternel, ton Dieu, et tu te réjouiras, toi et ta famille. (Ⅱ) - And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household, (Ⅲ) - καὶ δώσεις τὸ ἀργύριον ἐπὶ παντός οὑ̃ ἐὰν ἐπιθυμη̨̃ ἡ ψυχή σου ἐπὶ βουσὶ ἢ ἐπὶ προβάτοις ἐπὶ οἴνω̨ ἢ ἐπὶ σικερα ἢ ἐπὶ παντός οὑ̃ ἐὰν ἐπιθυμη̨̃ ἡ ψυχή σου καὶ φάγη̨ ἐκει̃ ἐναντίον κυρίου του̃ θεου̃ σου καὶ εὐφρανθήση̨ σὺ καὶ ὁ οἰ̃κός σου (Ⅳ) - 26 ׃14 ונתתה הכסף בכל אשר תאוה נפשך בבקר ובצאן וביין ובשכר ובכל אשר תשאלך נפשך ואכלת שם לפני יהוה אלהיך ושמחת אתה וביתך (Ⅴ)

et Levites qui intra portas tuas est, cave ne derelinquas eum, quia non habet aliam partem in possessione tua.
- Tu ne délaisseras point le Lévite qui sera dans tes portes, car il n'a ni part ni héritage avec toi. (Ⅱ) - And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ὁ Λευίτης ὁ ἐν ται̃ς πόλεσίν σου ὅτι οὐκ ἔστιν αὐτω̨̃ μερὶς οὐδὲ κλη̃ρος μετὰ σου̃ (Ⅳ) - 27 ׃14 והלוי אשר בשעריך לא תעזבנו כי אין לו חלק ונחלה עמך ס (Ⅴ)

Anno tertio separabis aliam decimam ex omnibus quæ nascuntur tibi eo tempore, et repones intra januas tuas.
- Au bout de trois ans, tu sortiras toute la dîme de tes produits pendant la troisième année, et tu la déposeras dans tes portes. (Ⅱ) - At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates: (Ⅲ) - μετὰ τρία ἔτη ἐξοίσεις πα̃ν τὸ ἐπιδέκατον τω̃ν γενημάτων σου ἐν τω̨̃ ἐνιαυτω̨̃ ἐκείνω̨ θήσεις αὐτὸ ἐν ται̃ς πόλεσίν σου (Ⅳ) - 28 ׃14 מקצה שלש שנים תוציא את כל מעשר תבואתך בשנה ההוא והנחת בשעריך (Ⅴ)

Venietque Levites qui aliam non habet partem nec possessionem tecum, et peregrinus ac pupillus et vidua, qui intra portas tuas sunt, et comedent et saturabuntur : ut benedicat tibi Dominus Deus tuus in cunctis operibus manuum tuarum quæ feceris.
- Alors viendront le Lévite, qui n'a ni part ni héritage avec toi, l'étranger, l'orphelin et la veuve, qui seront dans tes portes, et ils mangeront et se rassasieront, afin que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te bénisse dans tous les travaux que tu entreprendras de tes mains. (Ⅱ) - And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.
