And the lot of the children of Joseph fell from Jordan by Jericho, unto the water of Jericho on the east, to the wilderness that goeth up from Jericho throughout mount Bethel,
- La part échue par le sort aux fils de Joseph s'étendait depuis le Jourdain près de Jéricho, vers les eaux de Jéricho, à l'orient. La limite suivait le désert qui s'élève de Jéricho à Béthel par la montagne. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐγένετο τὰ ὅρια υἱω̃ν Ιωσηφ ἀπὸ του̃ Ιορδάνου του̃ κατὰ Ιεριχω ἀπ' ἀνατολω̃ν καὶ ἀναβήσεται ἀπὸ Ιεριχω εἰς τὴν ὀρεινὴν τὴν ἔρημον εἰς Βαιθηλ Λουζα (Ⅲ) - Cecidit quoque sors filiorum Joseph ab Jordane contra Jericho et aquas ejus ab oriente : solitudo quæ ascendit de Jericho ad montem Bethel : (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃16 ויצא הגורל לבני יוסף מירדן יריחו למי יריחו מזרחה המדבר עלה מיריחו בהר בית אל (Ⅴ)

And goeth out from Bethel to Luz, and passeth along unto the borders of Archi to Ataroth,
- Elle continuait de Béthel à Luz, et passait vers la frontière des Arkiens par Atharoth. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐξελεύσεται εἰς Βαιθηλ καὶ παρελεύσεται ἐπὶ τὰ ὅρια του̃ Χαταρωθι (Ⅲ) - et egreditur de Bethel Luza : transitque terminum Archi, Ataroth : (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃16 ויצא מבית אל לוזה ועבר אל גבול הארכי עטרות (Ⅴ)

And goeth down westward to the coast of Japhleti, unto the coast of Bethhoron the nether, and to Gezer; and the goings out thereof are at the sea.
- Puis elle descendait à l'occident vers la frontière des Japhléthiens jusqu'à celle de Beth Horon la basse et jusqu'à Guézer, pour aboutir à la mer. (Ⅱ) - καὶ διελεύσεται ἐπὶ τὴν θάλασσαν ἐπὶ τὰ ὅρια Απταλιμ ἕως τω̃ν ὁρίων Βαιθωρων τὴν κάτω καὶ ἔσται ἡ διέξοδος αὐτω̃ν ἐπὶ τὴν θάλασσαν (Ⅲ) - et descendit ad occidentem juxta terminum Jephleti, usque ad terminos Beth-horon inferioris, et Gazer : finiunturque regiones ejus mari magno : (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃16 וירד ימה אל גבול היפלטי עד גבול בית חורן תחתון ועד גזר והיו *תצאתו **תצאתיו ימה (Ⅴ)

So the children of Joseph, Manasseh and Ephraim, took their inheritance.
- C'est là que reçurent leur héritage les fils de Joseph, Manassé et Éphraïm. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐκληρονόμησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ιωσηφ Εφραιμ καὶ Μανασση (Ⅲ) - possederuntque filii Joseph, Manasses et Ephraim.\ (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃16 וינחלו בני יוסף מנשה ואפרים (Ⅴ)

And the border of the children of Ephraim according to their families was thus: even the border of their inheritance on the east side was Atarothaddar, unto Bethhoron the upper;
- Voici les limites des fils d'Éphraïm, selon leurs familles. La limite de leur héritage était, à l'orient, Atharoth Addar jusqu'à Beth Horon la haute. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐγενήθη ὅρια υἱω̃ν Εφραιμ κατὰ δήμους αὐτω̃ν καὶ ἐγενήθη τὰ ὅρια τη̃ς κληρονομίας αὐτω̃ν ἀπὸ ἀνατολω̃ν Αταρωθ καὶ Εροκ ἕως Βαιθωρων τὴν ἄνω καὶ Γαζαρα (Ⅲ) - Et factus est terminus filiorum Ephraim per cognationes suas : et possessio eorum contra orientem Ataroth Addar usque Beth-horon superiorem. (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃16 ויהי גבול בני אפרים למשפחתם ויהי גבול נחלתם מזרחה עטרות אדר עד בית חורן עליון (Ⅴ)

And the border went out toward the sea to Michmethah on the north side; and the border went about eastward unto Taanathshiloh, and passed by it on the east to Janohah;
- Elle continuait du côté de l'occident vers Micmethath au nord, tournait à l'orient vers Thaanath Silo, et passait dans la direction de l'orient par Janoach. (Ⅱ) - καὶ διελεύσεται τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ τὴν θάλασσαν εἰς Ικασμων ἀπὸ βορρα̃ Θερμα περιελεύσεται ἐπὶ ἀνατολὰς εἰς Θηνασα καὶ Σελλησα καὶ παρελεύσεται ἀπ' ἀνατολω̃ν εἰς Ιανωκα (Ⅲ) - Egrediunturque confinia in mare : Machmethath vero aquilonem respicit, et circuit terminos contra orientem in Thanathselo : et pertransit ab oriente Janoë. (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃16 ויצא הגבול הימה המכמתת מצפון ונסב הגבול מזרחה תאנת שלה ועבר אותו ממזרח ינוחה (Ⅴ)

And it went down from Janohah to Ataroth, and to Naarath, and came to Jericho, and went out at Jordan.
- De Janoach elle descendait à Atharoth et à Naaratha, touchait à Jéricho, et se prolongeait jusqu'au Jourdain. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰς Μαχω καὶ Αταρωθ καὶ αἱ κω̃μαι αὐτω̃ν καὶ ἐλεύσεται ἐπὶ Ιεριχω καὶ διεκβαλει̃ ἐπὶ τὸν Ιορδάνην (Ⅲ) - Descenditque de Janoë in Ataroth et Naaratha : et pervenit in Jericho, egrediturque ad Jordanem. (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃16 וירד מינוחה עטרות ונערתה ופגע ביריחו ויצא הירדן (Ⅴ)

The border went out from Tappuah westward unto the river Kanah; and the goings out thereof were at the sea. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Ephraim by their families.
- De Tappuach elle allait vers l'occident au torrent de Kana, pour aboutir à la mer. Tel fut l'héritage de la tribu des fils d'Éphraïm, selon leurs familles. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἀπὸ Ταφου πορεύσεται τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ θάλασσαν ἐπὶ Χελκανα καὶ ἔσται ἡ διέξοδος αὐτω̃ν ἐπὶ θάλασσαν αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία φυλη̃ς Εφραιμ κατὰ δήμους αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ) - De Taphua pertransit contra mare in vallem arundineti, suntque egressus ejus in mare salsissimum. Hæc est possessio tribus filiorum Ephraim per familias suas. (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃16 מתפוח ילך הגבול ימה נחל קנה והיו תצאתיו הימה זאת נחלת מטה בני אפרים למשפחתם (Ⅴ)

And the separate cities for the children of Ephraim were among the inheritance of the children of Manasseh, all the cities with their villages.
- Les fils d'Éphraïm avaient aussi des villes séparées au milieu de l'héritage des fils de Manassé, toutes avec leurs villages. (Ⅱ) - καὶ αἱ πόλεις αἱ ἀφορισθει̃σαι τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Εφραιμ ἀνὰ μέσον τη̃ς κληρονομίας υἱω̃ν Μανασση πα̃σαι αἱ πόλεις καὶ αἱ κω̃μαι αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ) - Urbesque separatæ sunt filiis Ephraim in medio possessionis filiorum Manasse, et villæ earum. (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃16 והערים המבדלות לבני אפרים בתוך נחלת בני מנשה כל הערים וחצריהן (Ⅴ)

And they drave not out the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer: but the Canaanites dwell among the Ephraimites unto this day, and serve under tribute.
- Ils ne chassèrent point les Cananéens qui habitaient à Guézer, et les Cananéens ont habité au milieu d'Éphraïm jusqu'à ce jour, mais ils furent assujettis à un tribut. (Ⅱ) - καὶ οὐκ ἀπώλεσεν Εφραιμ τὸν Χαναναι̃ον τὸν κατοικου̃ντα ἐν Γαζερ καὶ κατώ̨κει ὁ Χαναναι̃ος ἐν τω̨̃ Εφραιμ ἕως τη̃ς ἡμέρας ταύτης ἕως ἀνέβη Φαραω βασιλεὺς Αἰγύπτου καὶ ἔλαβεν αὐτὴν καὶ ἐνέπρησεν αὐτὴν ἐν πυρί καὶ τοὺς Χαναναίους καὶ τοὺς Φερεζαίους καὶ τοὺς κατοικου̃ντας ἐν Γαζερ ἐξεκέντησαν καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτὴν Φαραω ἐν φερνη̨̃ τη̨̃ θυγατρὶ αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ) - Et non interfecerunt filii Ephraim Chananæum, qui habitabat in Gazer : habitavitque Chananæus in medio Ephraim usque in diem hanc tributarius. (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃16 ולא הורישו את הכנעני היושב בגזר וישב הכנעני בקרב אפרים עד היום הזה ויהי למס עבד פ (Ⅴ)
