Et il me montra un fleuve d'eau de la vie, limpide comme du cristal, qui sortait du trône de Dieu et de l'agneau.
- And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. (Ⅱ) - Καὶ ἔδειξέν μοι ⸀ποταμὸν ὕδατος ζωῆς λαμπρὸν ὡς κρύσταλλον, ἐκπορευόμενον ἐκ τοῦ θρόνου τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ τοῦ ἀρνίου (Ⅲ) - Et ostendit mihi fluvium aquæ vitæ, splendidum tamquam crystallum, procedentem de sede Dei et Agni. (Ⅳ)

Au milieu de la place de la ville et sur les deux bords du fleuve, il y avait un arbre de vie, produisant douze fois des fruits, rendant son fruit chaque mois, et dont les feuilles servaient à la guérison des nations.
- In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. (Ⅱ) - ἐν μέσῳ τῆς πλατείας αὐτῆς· καὶ τοῦ ποταμοῦ ἐντεῦθεν καὶ ἐκεῖθεν ξύλον ζωῆς ποιοῦν καρποὺς δώδεκα, κατὰ μῆνα ἕκαστον ⸀ἀποδιδοῦν τὸν καρπὸν αὐτοῦ, καὶ τὰ φύλλα τοῦ ξύλου εἰς θεραπείαν τῶν ἐθνῶν. (Ⅲ) - In medio plateæ ejus, et ex utraque parte fluminis, lignum vitæ, afferens fructus duodecim per menses singulos, reddens fructum suum et folia ligni ad sanitatem gentium. (Ⅳ)

Il n'y aura plus d'anathème. Le trône de Dieu et de l'agneau sera dans la ville; ses serviteurs le serviront et verront sa face,
- And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: (Ⅱ) - καὶ πᾶν κατάθεμα οὐκ ἔσται ἔτι. καὶ ὁ θρόνος τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ τοῦ ἀρνίου ἐν αὐτῇ ἔσται, καὶ οἱ δοῦλοι αὐτοῦ λατρεύσουσιν αὐτῷ, (Ⅲ) - Et omne maledictum non erit amplius : sed sedes Dei et Agni in illa erunt, et servi ejus servient illi. (Ⅳ)

et son nom sera sur leurs fronts.
- And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ὄψονται τὸ πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ, καὶ τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τῶν μετώπων αὐτῶν. (Ⅲ) - Et videbunt faciem ejus : et nomen ejus in frontibus eorum. (Ⅳ)

Il n'y aura plus de nuit; et ils n'auront besoin ni de lampe ni de lumière, parce que le Seigneur Dieu les éclairera. Et ils régneront aux siècles des siècles.
- And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. (Ⅱ) - καὶ νὺξ οὐκ ἔσται ⸀ἔτι, καὶ ⸂οὐκ ἔχουσιν χρείαν⸃ ⸀φωτὸς λύχνου καὶ ⸀φῶς ἡλίου, ὅτι κύριος ὁ θεὸς φωτίσει ⸀ἐπ’ αὐτούς, καὶ βασιλεύσουσιν εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων. (Ⅲ) - Et nox ultra non erit : et non egebunt lumine lucernæ, neque lumine solis, quoniam Dominus Deus illuminabit illos, et regnabunt in sæcula sæculorum.\ (Ⅳ)

Et il me dit: Ces paroles sont certaines et véritables; et le Seigneur, le Dieu des esprits des prophètes, a envoyé son ange pour montrer à ses serviteurs les choses qui doivent arriver bientôt. -
- And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. (Ⅱ) - Καὶ ⸀εἶπέν μοι· Οὗτοι οἱ λόγοι πιστοὶ καὶ ἀληθινοί, καὶ ⸀ὁ κύριος, ὁ θεὸς τῶν πνευμάτων τῶν προφητῶν, ἀπέστειλεν τὸν ἄγγελον αὐτοῦ δεῖξαι τοῖς δούλοις αὐτοῦ ἃ δεῖ γενέσθαι ἐν τάχει· (Ⅲ) - Et dixit mihi : Hæc verba fidelissima sunt, et vera. Et Dominus Deus spirituum prophetarum misit angelum suum ostendere servis suis quæ oportet fieri cito. (Ⅳ)

Et voici, je viens bientôt. -Heureux celui qui garde les paroles de la prophétie de ce livre!
- Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἰδοὺ ἔρχομαι ταχύ· μακάριος ὁ τηρῶν τοὺς λόγους τῆς προφητείας τοῦ βιβλίου τούτου. (Ⅲ) - Et ecce venio velociter. Beatus, qui custodit verba prophetiæ libri hujus. (Ⅳ)

C'est moi Jean, qui ai entendu et vu ces choses. Et quand j'eus entendu et vu, je tombai aux pieds de l'ange qui me les montrait, pour l'adorer.
- And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things. (Ⅱ) - Κἀγὼ Ἰωάννης ὁ ἀκούων καὶ βλέπων ταῦτα. καὶ ὅτε ἤκουσα καὶ ἔβλεψα, ἔπεσα προσκυνῆσαι ἔμπροσθεν τῶν ποδῶν τοῦ ἀγγέλου τοῦ δεικνύοντός μοι ταῦτα. (Ⅲ) - Et ego Joannes, qui audivi, et vidi hæc. Et postquam audissem, et vidissem, cecidi ut adorarem ante pedes angeli, qui mihi hæc ostendebat : (Ⅳ)

Mais il me dit: Garde-toi de le faire! Je suis ton compagnon de service, et celui de tes frères les prophètes, et de ceux qui gardent les paroles de ce livre. Adore Dieu.
- Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God. (Ⅱ) - καὶ λέγει μοι· Ὅρα μή· σύνδουλός σού εἰμι καὶ τῶν ἀδελφῶν σου τῶν προφητῶν καὶ τῶν τηρούντων τοὺς λόγους τοῦ βιβλίου τούτου· τῷ θεῷ προσκύνησον. (Ⅲ) - et dixit mihi : Vide ne feceris : conservus enim tuus sum, et fratrum tuorum prophetarum, et eorum qui servant verba prophetiæ libri hujus : Deum adora. (Ⅳ)

Et il me dit: Ne scelle point les paroles de la prophétie de ce livre. Car le temps est proche.
- And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. (Ⅱ) - Καὶ λέγει μοι· Μὴ σφραγίσῃς τοὺς λόγους τῆς προφητείας τοῦ βιβλίου τούτου, ὁ καιρὸς γὰρ ἐγγύς ἐστιν. (Ⅲ) - Et dicit mihi : Ne signaveris verba prophetiæ libri hujus : tempus enim prope est. (Ⅳ)

Que celui qui est injuste soit encore injuste, que celui qui est souillé se souille encore; et que le juste pratique encore la justice, et que celui qui est saint se sanctifie encore.
- He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. (Ⅱ) - ὁ ἀδικῶν ἀδικησάτω ἔτι, καὶ ὁ ῥυπαρὸς ⸀ῥυπαρευθήτω ἔτι, καὶ ὁ δίκαιος δικαιοσύνην ποιησάτω ἔτι, καὶ ὁ ἅγιος ἁγιασθήτω ἔτι. (Ⅲ) - Qui nocet, noceat adhuc : et qui in sordibus est, sordescat adhuc : et qui justus est, justificetur adhuc : et sanctus, sanctificetur adhuc. (Ⅳ)

Voici, je viens bientôt, et ma rétribution est avec moi, pour rendre à chacun selon ce qu'est son oeuvre.
- And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. (Ⅱ) - Ἰδοὺ ἔρχομαι ταχύ, καὶ ὁ μισθός μου μετ’ ἐμοῦ, ἀποδοῦναι ἑκάστῳ ὡς τὸ ἔργον ⸀ἐστὶν αὐτοῦ. (Ⅲ) - Ecce venio cito, et merces mea mecum est, reddere unicuique secundum opera sua. (Ⅳ)

Je suis l'alpha et l'oméga, le premier et le dernier, le commencement et la fin.
- I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. (Ⅱ) - ἐγὼ τὸ Ἄλφα καὶ τὸ Ὦ, ὁ πρῶτος καὶ ὁ ἔσχατος, ⸀ἡ ἀρχὴ καὶ ⸀τὸ τέλος. (Ⅲ) - Ego sum alpha et omega, primus et novissimus, principium et finis. (Ⅳ)

Heureux ceux qui lavent leurs robes, afin d'avoir droit à l'arbre de vie, et d'entrer par les portes dans la ville!
- Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. (Ⅱ) - Μακάριοι οἱ ⸂πλύνοντες τὰς στολὰς αὐτῶν⸃, ἵνα ἔσται ἡ ἐξουσία αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τὸ ξύλον τῆς ζωῆς καὶ τοῖς πυλῶσιν εἰσέλθωσιν εἰς τὴν πόλιν. (Ⅲ) - Beati, qui lavant stolas suas in sanguine Agni : ut sit potestas eorum in ligno vitæ, et per portas intrent in civitatem. (Ⅳ)

Dehors les chiens, les enchanteurs, les impudiques, les meurtriers, les idolâtres, et quiconque aime et pratique le mensonge!
- For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. (Ⅱ) - ἔξω οἱ κύνες καὶ οἱ φάρμακοι καὶ οἱ πόρνοι καὶ οἱ φονεῖς καὶ οἱ εἰδωλολάτραι καὶ πᾶς φιλῶν καὶ ποιῶν ψεῦδος. (Ⅲ) - Foris canes, et venefici, et impudici, et homicidæ, et idolis servientes, et omnis qui amat et facit mendacium. (Ⅳ)

Moi, Jésus, j'ai envoyé mon ange pour vous attester ces choses dans les Églises. Je suis le rejeton et la postérité de David, l'étoile brillante du matin.
- I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. (Ⅱ) - Ἐγὼ Ἰησοῦς ἔπεμψα τὸν ἄγγελόν μου μαρτυρῆσαι ὑμῖν ταῦτα ἐπὶ ταῖς ἐκκλησίαις. ἐγώ εἰμι ἡ ῥίζα καὶ τὸ γένος Δαυίδ, ὁ ἀστὴρ ὁ λαμπρός, ὁ πρωϊνός. (Ⅲ) - Ego Jesus misi angelum meum testificari vobis hæc in ecclesiis. Ego sum radix, et genus David, stella splendida et matutina. (Ⅳ)

Et l'Esprit et l'épouse disent: Viens. Et que celui qui entend dise: Viens. Et que celui qui a soif vienne; que celui qui veut, prenne de l'eau de la vie, gratuitement.
- And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. (Ⅱ) - καὶ τὸ πνεῦμα καὶ ἡ νύμφη λέγουσιν· Ἔρχου· καὶ ὁ ἀκούων εἰπάτω· Ἔρχου· καὶ ὁ διψῶν ἐρχέσθω, ὁ θέλων λαβέτω ὕδωρ ζωῆς δωρεάν. (Ⅲ) - Et spiritus, et sponsa dicunt : Veni. Et qui audit, dicat : Veni. Et qui sitit, veniat : et qui vult, accipiat aquam vitæ, gratis. (Ⅳ)

Je le déclare à quiconque entend les paroles de la prophétie de ce livre: Si quelqu'un y ajoute quelque chose, Dieu le frappera des fléaux décrits dans ce livre;
- For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: (Ⅱ) - Μαρτυρῶ ἐγὼ παντὶ τῷ ἀκούοντι τοὺς λόγους τῆς προφητείας τοῦ βιβλίου τούτου· ἐάν τις ἐπιθῇ ἐπ’ αὐτά, ⸀ἐπιθήσει ὁ θεὸς ἐπ’ αὐτὸν τὰς πληγὰς τὰς γεγραμμένας ἐν τῷ βιβλίῳ τούτῳ· (Ⅲ) - Contestor enim omni audienti verba prophetiæ libri hujus : si quis apposuerit ad hæc, apponet Deus super illum plagas scriptas in libro isto. (Ⅳ)

et si quelqu'un retranche quelque chose des paroles du livre de cette prophétie, Dieu retranchera sa part de l'arbre de la vie et de la ville sainte, décrits dans ce livre.
- And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐάν τις ἀφέλῃ ἀπὸ τῶν λόγων τοῦ βιβλίου τῆς προφητείας ταύτης, ⸀ἀφελεῖ ὁ θεὸς τὸ μέρος αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ τοῦ ξύλου τῆς ζωῆς καὶ ἐκ τῆς πόλεως τῆς ἁγίας, τῶν γεγραμμένων ἐν τῷ βιβλίῳ τούτῳ. (Ⅲ) - Et si quis diminuerit de verbis libri prophetiæ hujus, auferet Deus partem ejus de libro vitæ, et de civitate sancta, et de his quæ scripta sunt in libro isto : (Ⅳ)

Celui qui atteste ces choses dit: Oui, je viens bientôt. Amen! Viens, Seigneur Jésus!
- He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. (Ⅱ) - Λέγει ὁ μαρτυρῶν ταῦτα· Ναί· ἔρχομαι ταχύ. Ἀμήν· ⸀ἔρχου, κύριε Ἰησοῦ. (Ⅲ) - dicit qui testimonium perhibet istorum. Etiam venio cito : amen. Veni, Domine Jesu. (Ⅳ)

Que la grâce du Seigneur Jésus soit avec tous!
- The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. (Ⅱ) - Ἡ χάρις τοῦ κυρίου ⸀Ἰησοῦ μετὰ ⸀πάντων. (Ⅲ) - Gratia Domini nostri Jesu Christi cum omnibus vobis. Amen. (Ⅳ)
