Et reversus est angelus qui loquebatur in me, et suscitavit me quasi virum qui suscitatur de somno suo.
- L'ange qui parlait avec moi revint, et il me réveilla comme un homme que l'on réveille de son sommeil. (Ⅱ) - And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπέστρεψεν ὁ ἄγγελος ὁ λαλω̃ν ἐν ἐμοὶ καὶ ἐξήγειρέν με ὃν τρόπον ὅταν ἐξεγερθη̨̃ ἄνθρωπος ἐξ ὕπνου αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃4 וישב המלאך הדבר בי ויעירני כאיש אשר יעור משנתו (Ⅴ)

Et dixit ad me : Quid tu vides ? Et dixi : Vidi, et ecce candelabrum aureum totum, et lampas ejus super caput ipsius, et septem lucernæ ejus super illud, et septem infusoria lucernis quæ erant super caput ejus.
- Il me dit: Que vois-tu? Je répondis: Je regarde, et voici, il y a un chandelier tout d'or, surmonté d'un vase et portant sept lampes, avec sept conduits pour les lampes qui sont au sommet du chandelier; (Ⅱ) - And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof: (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με τί σύ βλέπεις καὶ εἰ̃πα ἑώρακα καὶ ἰδοὺ λυχνία χρυση̃ ὅλη καὶ τὸ λαμπάδιον ἐπάνω αὐτη̃ς καὶ ἑπτὰ λύχνοι ἐπάνω αὐτη̃ς καὶ ἑπτὰ ἐπαρυστρίδες τοι̃ς λύχνοις τοι̃ς ἐπάνω αὐτη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃4 ויאמר אלי מה אתה ראה *ויאמר **ואמר ראיתי והנה מנורת זהב כלה וגלה[U] על ראשה ושבעה נרתיה עליה שבעה ושבעה מוצקות לנרות אשר על ראשה (Ⅴ)

Et duæ olivæ super illud : una a dextris lampadis, et una a sinistris ejus.
- et il y a près de lui deux oliviers, l'un à la droite du vase, et l'autre à sa gauche. (Ⅱ) - And two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof. (Ⅲ) - καὶ δύο ἐλαι̃αι ἐπάνω αὐτη̃ς μία ἐκ δεξιω̃ν του̃ λαμπαδίου καὶ μία ἐξ εὐωνύμων (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃4 ושנים זיתים עליה אחד מימין הגלה ואחד על שמאלה (Ⅴ)

Et respondi, et aio ad angelum qui loquebatur in me, dicens : Quid sunt hæc, domine mi ?
- Et reprenant la parole, je dis à l'ange qui parlait avec moi: Que signifient ces choses, mon seigneur? (Ⅱ) - So I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord? (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπηρώτησα καὶ εἰ̃πον πρὸς τὸν ἄγγελον τὸν λαλου̃ντα ἐν ἐμοὶ λέγων τί ἐστιν ταυ̃τα κύριε (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃4 ואען ואמר אל המלאך הדבר בי לאמר מה אלה אדני (Ⅴ)

Et respondit angelus qui loquebatur in me, et dixit ad me : Numquid nescis quid sunt hæc ? Et dixi : Non, domine mi.
- L'ange qui parlait avec moi me répondit: Ne sais-tu pas ce que signifient ces choses? Je dis: Non, mon seigneur. (Ⅱ) - Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀπεκρίθη ὁ ἄγγελος ὁ λαλω̃ν ἐν ἐμοὶ καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με οὐ γινώσκεις τί ἐστιν ταυ̃τα καὶ εἰ̃πα οὐχί κύριε (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃4 ויען המלאך הדבר בי ויאמר אלי הלוא ידעת מה המה אלה ואמר לא אדני (Ⅴ)

Et respondit, et ait ad me, dicens : Hoc est verbum Domini ad Zorobabel, dicens : Non in exercitu, nec in robore, sed in spiritu meo, dicit Dominus exercituum.
- Alors il reprit et me dit: C'est ici la parole que l'Éternel adresse à Zorobabel: Ce n'est ni par la puissance ni par la force, mais c'est par mon esprit, dit l'Éternel des armées. (Ⅱ) - Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀπεκρίθη καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με λέγων οὑ̃τος ὁ λόγος κυρίου πρὸς Ζοροβαβελ λέγων οὐκ ἐν δυνάμει μεγάλη̨ οὐδὲ ἐν ἰσχύι ἀλλ' ἢ ἐν πνεύματί μου λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃4 ויען ויאמר אלי לאמר זה דבר יהוה אל זרבבל לאמר לא בחיל ולא בכח כי אם ברוחי אמר יהוה צבאות (Ⅴ)

Quis tu, mons magne, coram Zorobabel ? In planum : et educet lapidem primarium, et exæquabit gratiam gratiæ ejus.
- Qui es-tu, grande montagne, devant Zorobabel? Tu seras aplanie. Il posera la pierre principale au milieu des acclamations: Grâce, grâce pour elle! (Ⅱ) - Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it. (Ⅲ) - τίς εἰ̃ σύ τὸ ὄρος τὸ μέγα πρὸ προσώπου Ζοροβαβελ του̃ κατορθω̃σαι καὶ ἐξοίσω τὸν λίθον τη̃ς κληρονομίας ἰσότητα χάριτος χάριτα αὐτη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃4 מי אתה הר הגדול לפני זרבבל למישר והוציא את האבן הראשה תשאות חן חן לה פ (Ⅴ)

Et factum est verbum Domini ad me, dicens :
- La parole de l'Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots: (Ⅱ) - Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃4 ויהי דבר יהוה אלי לאמר (Ⅴ)

Manus Zorobabel fundaverunt domum istam, et manus ejus perficient eam : et scietis quia Dominus exercituum misit me ad vos.
- Les mains de Zorobabel ont fondé cette maison, et ses mains l'achèveront; et tu sauras que l'Éternel des armées m'a envoyé vers vous. (Ⅱ) - The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. (Ⅲ) - αἱ χει̃ρες Ζοροβαβελ ἐθεμελίωσαν τὸν οἰ̃κον του̃τον καὶ αἱ χει̃ρες αὐτου̃ ἐπιτελέσουσιν αὐτόν καὶ ἐπιγνώση̨ διότι κύριος παντοκράτωρ ἐξαπέσταλκέν με πρὸς σέ (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃4 ידי זרבבל יסדו הבית הזה וידיו תבצענה וידעת כי יהוה צבאות שלחני אליכם (Ⅴ)

Quis enim despexit dies parvos ? Et lætabuntur, et videbunt lapidem stanneum in manu Zorobabel. Septem isti oculi sunt Domini, qui discurrunt in universam terram.
- Car ceux qui méprisaient le jour des faibles commencements se réjouiront en voyant le niveau dans la main de Zorobabel. Ces sept sont les yeux de l'Éternel, qui parcourent toute la terre. (Ⅱ) - For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth. (Ⅲ) - διότι τίς ἐξουδένωσεν εἰς ἡμέρας μικράς καὶ χαρου̃νται καὶ ὄψονται τὸν λίθον τὸν κασσιτέρινον ἐν χειρὶ Ζοροβαβελ ἑπτὰ οὑ̃τοι ὀφθαλμοὶ κυρίου εἰσὶν οἱ ἐπιβλέποντες ἐπὶ πα̃σαν τὴν γη̃ν (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃4 כי מי בז ליום קטנות ושמחו וראו את האבן הבדיל ביד זרבבל שבעה אלה עיני יהוה המה משוטטים בכל הארץ (Ⅴ)

Et respondi, et dixi ad eum : Quid sunt duæ olivæ istæ, ad dexteram candelabri, et ad sinistram ejus ?
- Je pris la parole et je lui dis: Que signifient ces deux oliviers, à la droite du chandelier et à sa gauche? (Ⅱ) - Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof? (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀπεκρίθην καὶ εἰ̃πα πρὸς αὐτόν τί αἱ δύο ἐλαι̃αι αὑ̃ται αἱ ἐκ δεξιω̃ν τη̃ς λυχνίας καὶ ἐξ εὐωνύμων (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃4 ואען ואמר אליו מה שני הזיתים האלה על ימין המנורה ועל שמאולה (Ⅴ)

Et respondi secundo, et dixi ad eum : Quid sunt duæ spicæ olivarum quæ sunt juxta duo rostra aurea in quibus sunt suffusoria ex auro ?
- Je pris une seconde fois la parole, et je lui dis: Que signifient les deux rameaux d'olivier, qui sont près des deux conduits d'or d'où découle l'or? (Ⅱ) - And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves? (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπηρώτησα ἐκ δευτέρου καὶ εἰ̃πα πρὸς αὐτόν τί οἱ δύο κλάδοι τω̃ν ἐλαιω̃ν οἱ ἐν ται̃ς χερσὶν τω̃ν δύο μυξωτήρων τω̃ν χρυσω̃ν τω̃ν ἐπιχεόντων καὶ ἐπαναγόντων τὰς ἐπαρυστρίδας τὰς χρυσα̃ς (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃4 ואען שנית ואמר אליו מה שתי שבלי הזיתים אשר ביד שני צנתרות הזהב המריקים מעליהם הזהב (Ⅴ)

Et ait ad me, dicens : Numquid nescis quid sunt hæc ? Et dixi : Non, domine mi.
- Il me répondit: Ne sais-tu pas ce qu'ils signifient? Je dis: Non, mon seigneur. (Ⅱ) - And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με οὐκ οἰ̃δας τί ἐστιν ταυ̃τα καὶ εἰ̃πα οὐχί κύριε (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃4 ויאמר אלי לאמר הלוא ידעת מה אלה ואמר לא אדני (Ⅴ)

Et dixit : Isti sunt duo filii olei, qui assistunt Dominatori universæ terræ.
- Et il dit: Ce sont les deux oints qui se tiennent devant le Seigneur de toute la terre. (Ⅱ) - Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the LORD of the whole earth. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν οὑ̃τοι οἱ δύο υἱοὶ τη̃ς πιότητος παρεστήκασιν τω̨̃ κυρίω̨ πάσης τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃4 ויאמר אלה שני בני היצהר העמדים על אדון כל הארץ (Ⅴ)
