2 ׃69 הושיעני אלהים כי באו מים עד נפש
- Sauve-moi, ô Dieu! Car les eaux menacent ma vie. (Ⅱ) - Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul. (Ⅲ) - σω̃σόν με ὁ θεός ὅτι εἰσήλθοσαν ὕδατα ἕως ψυχη̃ς μου (Ⅳ) - [Salvum me fac, Deus,/ quoniam intraverunt aquæ usque ad animam meam./ (Ⅴ)

3 ׃69 טבעתי ביון מצולה ואין מעמד באתי במעמקי מים ושבלת שטפתני
- J'enfonce dans la boue, sans pouvoir me tenir; Je suis tombé dans un gouffre, et les eaux m'inondent. (Ⅱ) - I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me. (Ⅲ) - ἐνεπάγην εἰς ἰλὺν βυθου̃ καὶ οὐκ ἔστιν ὑπόστασις ἠ̃λθον εἰς τὰ βάθη τη̃ς θαλάσσης καὶ καταιγὶς κατεπόντισέν με (Ⅳ) - Infixus sum in limo profundi et non est substantia./ Veni in altitudinem maris, et tempestas demersit me./ (Ⅴ)

4 ׃69 יגעתי בקראי נחר גרוני כלו עיני מיחל לאלהי
- Je m'épuise à crier, mon gosier se dessèche, Mes yeux se consument, tandis que je regarde vers mon Dieu. (Ⅱ) - I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God. (Ⅲ) - ἐκοπίασα κράζων ἐβραγχίασεν ὁ λάρυγξ μου ἐξέλιπον οἱ ὀφθαλμοί μου ἀπὸ του̃ ἐλπίζειν ἐπὶ τὸν θεόν μου (Ⅳ) - Laboravi clamans, raucæ factæ sunt fauces meæ ;/ defecerunt oculi mei, dum spero in Deum meum./ (Ⅴ)

5 ׃69 רבו משערות ראשי שנאי חנם עצמו מצמיתי איבי שקר אשר לא גזלתי אז אשיב
- Ils sont plus nombreux que les cheveux de ma tête, Ceux qui me haïssent sans cause; Ils sont puissants, ceux qui veulent me perdre, Qui sont à tort mes ennemis. Ce que je n'ai pas dérobé, il faut que je le restitue. (Ⅱ) - They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away. (Ⅲ) - ἐπληθύνθησαν ὑπὲρ τὰς τρίχας τη̃ς κεφαλη̃ς μου οἱ μισου̃ντές με δωρεάν ἐκραταιώθησαν οἱ ἐχθροί μου οἱ ἐκδιώκοντές με ἀδίκως ἃ οὐχ ἥρπασα τότε ἀπετίννυον (Ⅳ) - Multiplicati sunt super capillos capitis mei/ qui oderunt me gratis./ Confortati sunt qui persecuti sunt me/ inimici mei injuste ;/ quæ non rapui, tunc exsolvebam./ (Ⅴ)

6 ׃69 אלהים אתה ידעת לאולתי ואשמותי ממך לא נכחדו
- O Dieu! tu connais ma folie, Et mes fautes ne te sont point cachées. (Ⅱ) - O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee. (Ⅲ) - ὁ θεός σὺ ἔγνως τὴν ἀφροσύνην μου καὶ αἱ πλημμέλειαί μου ἀπὸ σου̃ οὐκ ἐκρύβησαν (Ⅳ) - Deus, tu scis insipientiam meam ;/ et delicta mea a te non sunt abscondita./ (Ⅴ)

7 ׃69 אל יבשו בי קויך אדני יהוה צבאות אל יכלמו בי מבקשיך אלהי ישראל
- Que ceux qui espèrent en toi ne soient pas confus à cause de moi, Seigneur, Éternel des armées! Que ceux qui te cherchent ne soient pas dans la honte à cause de moi, Dieu d'Israël! (Ⅱ) - Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel. (Ⅲ) - μὴ αἰσχυνθείησαν ἐπ' ἐμοὶ οἱ ὑπομένοντές σε κύριε κύριε τω̃ν δυνάμεων μὴ ἐντραπείησαν ἐπ' ἐμοὶ οἱ ζητου̃ντές σε ὁ θεὸς του̃ Ισραηλ (Ⅳ) - Non erubescant in me qui exspectant te, Domine, Domine virtutum ;/ non confundantur super me qui quærunt te, Deus Israël./ (Ⅴ)

8 ׃69 כי עליך נשאתי חרפה כסתה כלמה פני
- Car c'est pour toi que je porte l'opprobre, Que la honte couvre mon visage; (Ⅱ) - Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face. (Ⅲ) - ὅτι ἕνεκα σου̃ ὑπήνεγκα ὀνειδισμόν ἐκάλυψεν ἐντροπὴ τὸ πρόσωπόν μου (Ⅳ) - Quoniam propter te sustinui opprobrium ;/ operuit confusio faciem meam./ (Ⅴ)

9 ׃69 מוזר[c] הייתי לאחי ונכרי לבני אמי
- Je suis devenu un étranger pour mes frères, Un inconnu pour les fils de ma mère. (Ⅱ) - I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children. (Ⅲ) - ἀπηλλοτριωμένος ἐγενήθην τοι̃ς ἀδελφοι̃ς μου καὶ ξένος τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς τη̃ς μητρός μου (Ⅳ) - Extraneus factus sum fratribus meis,/ et peregrinus filiis matris meæ./ (Ⅴ)

10 ׃69 כי קנאת ביתך אכלתני וחרפות חורפיך נפלו עלי
- Car le zèle de ta maison me dévore, Et les outrages de ceux qui t'insultent tombent sur moi. (Ⅱ) - For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me. (Ⅲ) - ὅτι ὁ ζη̃λος του̃ οἴκου σου κατέφαγέν με καὶ οἱ ὀνειδισμοὶ τω̃ν ὀνειδιζόντων σε ἐπέπεσαν ἐπ' ἐμέ (Ⅳ) - Quoniam zelus domus tuæ comedit me,/ et opprobria exprobrantium tibi ceciderunt super me./ (Ⅴ)

11 ׃69 ואבכה בצום נפשי ותהי לחרפות לי
- Je verse des larmes et je jeûne, Et c'est ce qui m'attire l'opprobre; (Ⅱ) - When I wept, and chastened my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach. (Ⅲ) - καὶ συνέκαμψα ἐν νηστεία̨ τὴν ψυχήν μου καὶ ἐγενήθη εἰς ὀνειδισμὸν ἐμοί (Ⅳ) - Et operui in jejunio animam meam,/ et factum est in opprobrium mihi./ (Ⅴ)

12 ׃69 ואתנה לבושי שק ואהי להם למשל
- Je prends un sac pour vêtement, Et je suis l'objet de leurs sarcasmes. (Ⅱ) - I made sackcloth also my garment; and I became a proverb to them. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐθέμην τὸ ἔνδυμά μου σάκκον καὶ ἐγενόμην αὐτοι̃ς εἰς παραβολήν (Ⅳ) - Et posui vestimentum meum cilicium ;/ et factus sum illis in parabolam./ (Ⅴ)

13 ׃69 ישיחו בי ישבי שער ונגינות שותי שכר
- Ceux qui sont assis à la porte parlent de moi, Et les buveurs de liqueurs fortes me mettent en chansons. (Ⅱ) - They that sit in the gate speak against me; and I was the song of the drunkards. (Ⅲ) - κατ' ἐμου̃ ἠδολέσχουν οἱ καθήμενοι ἐν πύλη̨ καὶ εἰς ἐμὲ ἔψαλλον οἱ πίνοντες τὸν οἰ̃νον (Ⅳ) - Adversum me loquebantur qui sedebant in porta,/ et in me psallebant qui bibebant vinum./ (Ⅴ)

14 ׃69 ואני תפלתי לך יהוה עת רצון אלהים ברב חסדך ענני באמת ישעך
- Mais je t'adresse ma prière, ô Éternel! Que ce soit le temps favorable, ô Dieu, par ta grande bonté! Réponds-moi, en m'assurant ton secours! (Ⅱ) - But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation. (Ⅲ) - ἐγὼ δὲ τη̨̃ προσευχη̨̃ μου πρὸς σέ κύριε καιρὸς εὐδοκίας ὁ θεός ἐν τω̨̃ πλήθει του̃ ἐλέους σου ἐπάκουσόν μου ἐν ἀληθεία̨ τη̃ς σωτηρίας σου (Ⅳ) - Ego vero orationem meam ad te, Domine ;/ tempus beneplaciti, Deus./ In multitudine misericordiæ tuæ,/ exaudi me in veritate salutis tuæ./ (Ⅴ)

15 ׃69 הצילני מטיט ואל אטבעה אנצלה משנאי וממעמקי מים
- Retire-moi de la boue, et que je n'enfonce plus! Que je sois délivré de mes ennemis et du gouffre! (Ⅱ) - Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters. (Ⅲ) - σω̃σόν με ἀπὸ πηλου̃ ἵνα μὴ ἐμπαγω̃ ῥυσθείην ἐκ τω̃ν μισούντων με καὶ ἐκ του̃ βάθους τω̃ν ὑδάτων (Ⅳ) - Eripe me de luto, ut non infigar ;/ libera me ab iis qui oderunt me, et de profundis aquarum./ (Ⅴ)

16 ׃69 אל תשטפני שבלת מים ואל תבלעני מצולה ואל תאטר עלי באר פיה
- Que les flots ne m'inondent plus, Que l'abîme ne m'engloutisse pas, Et que la fosse ne se ferme pas sur moi! (Ⅱ) - Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me. (Ⅲ) - μή με καταποντισάτω καταιγὶς ὕδατος μηδὲ καταπιέτω με βυθός μηδὲ συσχέτω ἐπ' ἐμὲ φρέαρ τὸ στόμα αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - Non me demergat tempestas aquæ,/ neque absorbeat me profundum,/ neque urgeat super me puteus os suum./ (Ⅴ)

17 ׃69 ענני יהוה כי טוב חסדך כרב רחמיך פנה אלי
- Exauce-moi, Éternel! car ta bonté est immense. Dans tes grandes compassions, tourne vers moi les regards, (Ⅱ) - Hear me, O LORD; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies. (Ⅲ) - εἰσάκουσόν μου κύριε ὅτι χρηστὸν τὸ ἔλεός σου κατὰ τὸ πλη̃θος τω̃ν οἰκτιρμω̃ν σου ἐπίβλεψον ἐπ' ἐμέ (Ⅳ) - Exaudi me, Domine, quoniam benigna est misericordia tua ;/ secundum multitudinem miserationum tuarum respice in me./ (Ⅴ)

18 ׃69 ואל תסתר פניך מעבדך כי צר לי מהר ענני
- Et ne cache pas ta face à ton serviteur! Puisque je suis dans la détresse, hâte-toi de m'exaucer! (Ⅱ) - And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily. (Ⅲ) - μὴ ἀποστρέψη̨ς τὸ πρόσωπόν σου ἀπὸ του̃ παιδός σου ὅτι θλίβομαι ταχὺ ἐπάκουσόν μου (Ⅳ) - Et ne avertas faciem tuam a puero tuo ;/ quoniam tribulor, velociter exaudi me./ (Ⅴ)

19 ׃69 קרבה אל נפשי גאלה למען איבי פדני
- Approche-toi de mon âme, délivre-la! Sauve-moi, à cause de mes ennemis! (Ⅱ) - Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies. (Ⅲ) - πρόσχες τη̨̃ ψυχη̨̃ μου καὶ λύτρωσαι αὐτήν ἕνεκα τω̃ν ἐχθρω̃ν μου ῥυ̃σαί με (Ⅳ) - Intende animæ meæ, et libera eam ;/ propter inimicos meos, eripe me./ (Ⅴ)

20 ׃69 אתה ידעת חרפתי ובשתי וכלמתי נגדך כל צוררי
- Tu connais mon opprobre, ma honte, mon ignominie; Tous mes adversaires sont devant toi. (Ⅱ) - Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee. (Ⅲ) - σὺ γὰρ γινώσκεις τὸν ὀνειδισμόν μου καὶ τὴν αἰσχύνην μου καὶ τὴν ἐντροπήν μου ἐναντίον σου πάντες οἱ θλίβοντές με (Ⅳ) - Tu scis improperium meum, et confusionem meam, et reverentiam meam ;/ (Ⅴ)

21 ׃69 חרפה שברה לבי ואנושה ואקוה לנוד ואין ולמנחמים ולא מצאתי
- L'opprobre me brise le coeur, et je suis malade; J'attends de la pitié, mais en vain, Des consolateurs, et je n'en trouve aucun. (Ⅱ) - Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none. (Ⅲ) - ὀνειδισμὸν προσεδόκησεν ἡ ψυχή μου καὶ ταλαιπωρίαν καὶ ὑπέμεινα συλλυπούμενον καὶ οὐχ ὑπη̃ρξεν καὶ παρακαλου̃ντας καὶ οὐχ εὑ̃ρον (Ⅳ) - in conspectu tuo sunt omnes qui tribulant me./ Improperium exspectavit cor meum et miseriam :/ et sustinui qui simul contristaretur, et non fuit ;/ et qui consolaretur, et non inveni./ (Ⅴ)

22 ׃69 ויתנו בברותי ראש ולצמאי ישקוני חמץ
- Ils mettent du fiel dans ma nourriture, Et, pour apaiser ma soif, ils m'abreuvent de vinaigre. (Ⅱ) - They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἔδωκαν εἰς τὸ βρω̃μά μου χολὴν καὶ εἰς τὴν δίψαν μου ἐπότισάν με ὄξος (Ⅳ) - Et dederunt in escam meam fel,/ et in siti mea potaverunt me aceto./ (Ⅴ)

23 ׃69 יהי שלחנם לפניהם לפח ולשלומים למוקש
- Que leur table soit pour eux un piège, Et un filet au sein de leur sécurité! (Ⅱ) - Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap. (Ⅲ) - γενηθήτω ἡ τράπεζα αὐτω̃ν ἐνώπιον αὐτω̃ν εἰς παγίδα καὶ εἰς ἀνταπόδοσιν καὶ εἰς σκάνδαλον (Ⅳ) - Fiat mensa eorum coram ipsis in laqueum,/ et in retributiones, et in scandalum./ (Ⅴ)

24 ׃69 תחשכנה עיניהם מראות ומתניהם תמיד המעד
- Que leurs yeux s'obscurcissent et ne voient plus, Et fais continuellement chanceler leurs reins! (Ⅱ) - Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake. (Ⅲ) - σκοτισθήτωσαν οἱ ὀφθαλμοὶ αὐτω̃ν του̃ μὴ βλέπειν καὶ τὸν νω̃τον αὐτω̃ν διὰ παντὸς σύγκαμψον (Ⅳ) - Obscurentur oculi eorum, ne videant,/ et dorsum eorum semper incurva./ (Ⅴ)

25 ׃69 שפך עליהם זעמך וחרון אפך ישיגם
- Répands sur eux ta colère, Et que ton ardente fureur les atteigne! (Ⅱ) - Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them. (Ⅲ) - ἔκχεον ἐπ' αὐτοὺς τὴν ὀργήν σου καὶ ὁ θυμὸς τη̃ς ὀργη̃ς σου καταλάβοι αὐτούς (Ⅳ) - Effunde super eos iram tuam,/ et furor iræ tuæ comprehendat eos./ (Ⅴ)

26 ׃69 תהי טירתם נשמה באהליהם אל יהי ישב
- Que leur demeure soit dévastée, Qu'il n'y ait plus d'habitants dans leurs tentes! (Ⅱ) - Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents. (Ⅲ) - γενηθήτω ἡ ἔπαυλις αὐτω̃ν ἠρημωμένη καὶ ἐν τοι̃ς σκηνώμασιν αὐτω̃ν μὴ ἔστω ὁ κατοικω̃ν (Ⅳ) - Fiat habitatio eorum deserta,/ et in tabernaculis eorum non sit qui inhabitet./ (Ⅴ)

27 ׃69 כי אתה אשר הכית רדפו ואל מכאוב חלליך יספרו
- Car ils persécutent celui que tu frappes, Ils racontent les souffrances de ceux que tu blesses. (Ⅱ) - For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded. (Ⅲ) - ὅτι ὃν σὺ ἐπάταξας αὐτοὶ κατεδίωξαν καὶ ἐπὶ τὸ ἄλγος τω̃ν τραυματιω̃ν σου προσέθηκαν (Ⅳ) - Quoniam quem tu percussisti persecuti sunt,/ et super dolorem vulnerum meorum addiderunt./ (Ⅴ)

28 ׃69 תנה עון על עונם ואל יבאו בצדקתך
- Ajoute des iniquités à leurs iniquités, Et qu'ils n'aient point part à ta miséricorde! (Ⅱ) - Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness. (Ⅲ) - πρόσθες ἀνομίαν ἐπὶ τὴν ἀνομίαν αὐτω̃ν καὶ μὴ εἰσελθέτωσαν ἐν δικαιοσύνη̨ σου (Ⅳ) - Appone iniquitatem super iniquitatem eorum,/ et non intrent in justitiam tuam./ (Ⅴ)

29 ׃69 ימחו מספר חיים ועם צדיקים אל יכתבו
- Qu'ils soient effacés du livre de vie, Et qu'ils ne soient point inscrits avec les justes! (Ⅱ) - Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous. (Ⅲ) - ἐξαλειφθήτωσαν ἐκ βίβλου ζώντων καὶ μετὰ δικαίων μὴ γραφήτωσαν (Ⅳ) - Deleantur de libro viventium,/ et cum justis non scribantur./ (Ⅴ)

30 ׃69 ואני עני וכואב ישועתך אלהים תשגבני
- Moi, je suis malheureux et souffrant: O Dieu, que ton secours me relève! (Ⅱ) - But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high. (Ⅲ) - πτωχὸς καὶ ἀλγω̃ν εἰμι ἐγώ καὶ ἡ σωτηρία του̃ προσώπου σου ὁ θεός ἀντελάβετό μου (Ⅳ) - Ego sum pauper et dolens ;/ salus tua, Deus, suscepit me./ (Ⅴ)

31 ׃69 אהללה שם אלהים בשיר ואגדלנו בתודה
- Je célébrerai le nom de Dieu par des cantiques, Je l'exalterai par des louanges. (Ⅱ) - I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving. (Ⅲ) - αἰνέσω τὸ ὄνομα του̃ θεου̃ μετ' ὠ̨δη̃ς μεγαλυνω̃ αὐτὸν ἐν αἰνέσει (Ⅳ) - Laudabo nomen Dei cum cantico,/ et magnificabo eum in laude :/ (Ⅴ)

32 ׃69 ותיטב ליהוה משור פר מקרן מפריס
- Cela est agréable à l'Éternel, plus qu'un taureau Avec des cornes et des sabots. (Ⅱ) - This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀρέσει τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ ὑπὲρ μόσχον νέον κέρατα ἐκφέροντα καὶ ὁπλάς (Ⅳ) - et placebit Deo super vitulum novellum,/ cornua producentem et ungulas./ (Ⅴ)

33 ׃69 ראו ענוים ישמחו דרשי אלהים ויחי לבבכם
- Les malheureux le voient et se réjouissent; Vous qui cherchez Dieu, que votre coeur vive! (Ⅱ) - The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God. (Ⅲ) - ἰδέτωσαν πτωχοὶ καὶ εὐφρανθήτωσαν ἐκζητήσατε τὸν θεόν καὶ ζήσεται ἡ ψυχὴ ὑμω̃ν (Ⅳ) - Videant pauperes, et lætentur ;/ quærite Deum, et vivet anima vestra :/ (Ⅴ)

34 ׃69 כי שמע אל אביונים יהוה ואת אסיריו לא בזה
- Car l'Éternel écoute les pauvres, Et il ne méprise point ses captifs. (Ⅱ) - For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners. (Ⅲ) - ὅτι εἰσήκουσεν τω̃ν πενήτων ὁ κύριος καὶ τοὺς πεπεδημένους αὐτου̃ οὐκ ἐξουδένωσεν (Ⅳ) - quoniam exaudivit pauperes Dominus,/ et vinctos suos non despexit./ (Ⅴ)

35 ׃69 יהללוהו שמים וארץ ימים וכל רמש בם
- Que les cieux et la terre le célèbrent, Les mers et tout ce qui s'y meut! (Ⅱ) - Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein. (Ⅲ) - αἰνεσάτωσαν αὐτὸν οἱ οὐρανοὶ καὶ ἡ γη̃ θάλασσα καὶ πάντα τὰ ἕρποντα ἐν αὐτοι̃ς (Ⅳ) - Laudent illum cæli et terra ;/ mare, et omnia reptilia in eis./ (Ⅴ)

36 ׃69 כי אלהים יושיע ציון ויבנה ערי יהודה וישבו שם וירשוה
- Car Dieu sauvera Sion, et bâtira les villes de Juda; On s'y établira, et l'on en prendra possession; (Ⅱ) - For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession. (Ⅲ) - ὅτι ὁ θεὸς σώσει τὴν Σιων καὶ οἰκοδομηθήσονται αἱ πόλεις τη̃ς Ιουδαίας καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐκει̃ καὶ κληρονομήσουσιν αὐτήν (Ⅳ) - Quoniam Deus salvam faciet Sion,/ et ædificabuntur civitates Juda,/ et inhabitabunt ibi, et hæreditate acquirent eam./ (Ⅴ)

37 ׃69 וזרע עבדיו ינחלוה ואהבי שמו ישכנו בה
- La postérité de ses serviteurs en fera son héritage, Et ceux qui aiment son nom y auront leur demeure. (Ⅱ) - The seed also of his servants shall inherit it: and they that love his name shall dwell therein. (Ⅲ) - καὶ τὸ σπέρμα τω̃ν δούλων αὐτου̃ καθέξουσιν αὐτήν καὶ οἱ ἀγαπω̃ντες τὸ ὄνομα αὐτου̃ κατασκηνώσουσιν ἐν αὐτη̨̃ (Ⅳ) - Et semen servorum ejus possidebit eam ;/ et qui diligunt nomen ejus habitabunt in ea.] (Ⅴ)
