Dixitque Dominus ad eum : Ingredere tu et omnis domus tua in arcam : te enim vidi justum coram me in generatione hac.
- L'Éternel dit à Noé: Entre dans l'arche, toi et toute ta maison; car je t'ai vu juste devant moi parmi cette génération. (Ⅱ) - And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν κύριος ὁ θεὸς πρὸς Νωε εἴσελθε σὺ καὶ πα̃ς ὁ οἰ̃κός σου εἰς τὴν κιβωτόν ὅτι σὲ εἰ̃δον δίκαιον ἐναντίον μου ἐν τη̨̃ γενεα̨̃ ταύτη̨ (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃7 ויאמר יהוה לנח בא אתה וכל ביתך אל התבה כי אתך ראיתי צדיק לפני בדור הזה (Ⅴ)

Ex omnibus animantibus mundis tolle septena et septena, masculum et feminam : de animantibus vero immundis duo et duo, masculum et feminam.
- Tu prendras auprès de toi sept couples de tous les animaux purs, le mâle et sa femelle; une paire des animaux qui ne sont pas purs, le mâle et sa femelle; (Ⅱ) - Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female. (Ⅲ) - ἀπὸ δὲ τω̃ν κτηνω̃ν τω̃ν καθαρω̃ν εἰσάγαγε πρὸς σὲ ἑπτὰ ἑπτά ἄρσεν καὶ θη̃λυ ἀπὸ δὲ τω̃ν κτηνω̃ν τω̃ν μὴ καθαρω̃ν δύο δύο ἄρσεν καὶ θη̃λυ (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃7 מכל הבהמה הטהורה תקח לך שבעה שבעה איש ואשתו ומן הבהמה אשר לא טהרה הוא שנים איש ואשתו (Ⅴ)

Sed et de volatilibus cæli septena et septena, masculum et feminam : ut salvetur semen super faciem universæ terræ.
- sept couples aussi des oiseaux du ciel, mâle et femelle, afin de conserver leur race en vie sur la face de toute la terre. (Ⅱ) - Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀπὸ τω̃ν πετεινω̃ν του̃ οὐρανου̃ τω̃ν καθαρω̃ν ἑπτὰ ἑπτά ἄρσεν καὶ θη̃λυ καὶ ἀπὸ τω̃ν πετεινω̃ν τω̃ν μὴ καθαρω̃ν δύο δύο ἄρσεν καὶ θη̃λυ διαθρέψαι σπέρμα ἐπὶ πα̃σαν τὴν γη̃ν (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃7 גם מעוף השמים שבעה שבעה זכר ונקבה לחיות זרע על פני כל הארץ (Ⅴ)

Adhuc enim, et post dies septem ego pluam super terram quadraginta diebus et quadraginta noctibus : et delebo omnem substantiam, quam feci, de superficie terræ.
- Car, encore sept jours, et je ferai pleuvoir sur la terre quarante jours et quarante nuits, et j'exterminerai de la face de la terre tous les êtres que j'ai faits. (Ⅱ) - For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth. (Ⅲ) - ἔτι γὰρ ἡμερω̃ν ἑπτὰ ἐγὼ ἐπάγω ὑετὸν ἐπὶ τὴν γη̃ν τεσσαράκοντα ἡμέρας καὶ τεσσαράκοντα νύκτας καὶ ἐξαλείψω πα̃σαν τὴν ἐξανάστασιν ἣν ἐποίησα ἀπὸ προσώπου τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃7 כי לימים עוד שבעה אנכי ממטיר על הארץ ארבעים יום וארבעים לילה ומחיתי את כל היקום אשר עשיתי מעל פני האדמה (Ⅴ)

Fecit ergo Noë omnia quæ mandaverat ei Dominus.
- Noé exécuta tout ce que l'Éternel lui avait ordonné. (Ⅱ) - And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐποίησεν Νωε πάντα ὅσα ἐνετείλατο αὐτω̨̃ κύριος ὁ θεός (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃7 ויעש נח ככל אשר צוהו יהוה (Ⅴ)

Eratque sexcentorum annorum quando diluvii aquæ inundaverunt super terram.
- Noé avait six cents ans, lorsque le déluge d'eaux fut sur la terre. (Ⅱ) - And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth. (Ⅲ) - Νωε δὲ ἠ̃ν ἐτω̃ν ἑξακοσίων καὶ ὁ κατακλυσμὸς ἐγένετο ὕδατος ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃7 ונח בן שש מאות שנה והמבול היה מים על הארץ (Ⅴ)

Et ingressus est Noë et filii ejus, uxor ejus et uxores filiorum ejus cum eo in arcam propter aquas diluvii.
- Et Noé entra dans l'arche avec ses fils, sa femme et les femmes de ses fils, pour échapper aux eaux du déluge. (Ⅱ) - And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood. (Ⅲ) - εἰση̃λθεν δὲ Νωε καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτου̃ καὶ ἡ γυνὴ αὐτου̃ καὶ αἱ γυναι̃κες τω̃ν υἱω̃ν αὐτου̃ μετ' αὐτου̃ εἰς τὴν κιβωτὸν διὰ τὸ ὕδωρ του̃ κατακλυσμου̃ (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃7 ויבא נח ובניו ואשתו ונשי בניו אתו אל התבה מפני מי המבול (Ⅴ)

De animantibus quoque mundis et immundis, et de volucribus, et ex omni quod movetur super terram,
- D'entre les animaux purs et les animaux qui ne sont pas purs, les oiseaux et tout ce qui se meut sur la terre, (Ⅱ) - Of clean beasts, and of beasts that are not clean, and of fowls, and of every thing that creepeth upon the earth, (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀπὸ τω̃ν πετεινω̃ν καὶ ἀπὸ τω̃ν κτηνω̃ν τω̃ν καθαρω̃ν καὶ ἀπὸ τω̃ν κτηνω̃ν τω̃ν μὴ καθαρω̃ν καὶ ἀπὸ πάντων τω̃ν ἑρπετω̃ν τω̃ν ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃7 מן הבהמה הטהורה ומן הבהמה אשר איננה טהרה ומן העוף וכל אשר רמש על האדמה (Ⅴ)

duo et duo ingressa sunt ad Noë in arcam, masculus et femina, sicut præceperat Dominus Noë.
- il entra dans l'arche auprès de Noé, deux à deux, un mâle et une femelle, comme Dieu l'avait ordonné à Noé. (Ⅱ) - There went in two and two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, as God had commanded Noah. (Ⅲ) - δύο δύο εἰση̃λθον πρὸς Νωε εἰς τὴν κιβωτόν ἄρσεν καὶ θη̃λυ καθὰ ἐνετείλατο αὐτω̨̃ ὁ θεός (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃7 שנים שנים באו אל נח אל התבה זכר ונקבה כאשר צוה אלהים את נח (Ⅴ)

Cumque transissent septem dies, aquæ diluvii inundaverunt super terram.
- Sept jours après, les eaux du déluge furent sur la terre. (Ⅱ) - And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐγένετο μετὰ τὰς ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας καὶ τὸ ὕδωρ του̃ κατακλυσμου̃ ἐγένετο ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃7 ויהי לשבעת הימים ומי המבול היו על הארץ (Ⅴ)

Anno sexcentesimo vitæ Noë, mense secundo, septimodecimo die mensis, rupti sunt omnes fontes abyssi magnæ, et cataractæ cæli apertæ sunt :
- L'an six cent de la vie de Noé, le second mois, le dix-septième jour du mois, en ce jour-là toutes les sources du grand abîme jaillirent, et les écluses des cieux s'ouvrirent. (Ⅱ) - In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. (Ⅲ) - ἐν τω̨̃ ἑξακοσιοστω̨̃ ἔτει ἐν τη̨̃ ζωη̨̃ του̃ Νωε του̃ δευτέρου μηνός ἑβδόμη̨ καὶ εἰκάδι του̃ μηνός τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ταύτη̨ ἐρράγησαν πα̃σαι αἱ πηγαὶ τη̃ς ἀβύσσου καὶ οἱ καταρράκται του̃ οὐρανου̃ ἠνεώ̨χθησαν (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃7 בשנת שש מאות שנה לחיי נח בחדש השני בשבעה עשר יום לחדש ביום הזה נבקעו כל מעינת תהום רבה וארבת השמים נפתחו (Ⅴ)

et facta est pluvia super terram quadraginta diebus et quadraginta noctibus.
- La pluie tomba sur la terre quarante jours et quarante nuits. (Ⅱ) - And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐγένετο ὁ ὑετὸς ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς τεσσαράκοντα ἡμέρας καὶ τεσσαράκοντα νύκτας (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃7 ויהי הגשם על הארץ ארבעים יום וארבעים לילה (Ⅴ)

In articulo diei illius ingressus est Noë, et Sem, et Cham, et Japheth filii ejus ; uxor illius, et tres uxores filiorum ejus cum eis in arcam :
- Ce même jour entrèrent dans l'arche Noé, Sem, Cham et Japhet, fils de Noé, la femme de Noé et les trois femmes de ses fils avec eux: (Ⅱ) - In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark; (Ⅲ) - ἐν τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ταύτη̨ εἰση̃λθεν Νωε Σημ Χαμ Ιαφεθ υἱοὶ Νωε καὶ ἡ γυνὴ Νωε καὶ αἱ τρει̃ς γυναι̃κες τω̃ν υἱω̃ν αὐτου̃ μετ' αὐτου̃ εἰς τὴν κιβωτόν (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃7 בעצם היום הזה בא נח ושם וחם ויפת בני נח ואשת נח ושלשת נשי בניו אתם אל התבה (Ⅴ)

ipsi et omne animal secundum genus suum, universaque jumenta in genere suo, et omne quod movetur super terram in genere suo, cunctumque volatile secundum genus suum, universæ aves, omnesque volucres,
- eux, et tous les animaux selon leur espèce, tout le bétail selon son espèce, tous les reptiles qui rampent sur la terre selon leur espèce, tous les oiseaux selon leur espèce, tous les petits oiseaux, tout ce qui a des ailes. (Ⅱ) - They, and every beast after his kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort. (Ⅲ) - καὶ πάντα τὰ θηρία κατὰ γένος καὶ πάντα τὰ κτήνη κατὰ γένος καὶ πα̃ν ἑρπετὸν κινούμενον ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς κατὰ γένος καὶ πα̃ν πετεινὸν κατὰ γένος (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃7 המה וכל החיה למינה וכל הבהמה למינה וכל הרמש הרמש על הארץ למינהו וכל העוף למינהו כל צפור כל כנף (Ⅴ)

ingressæ sunt ad Noë in arcam, bina et bina ex omni carne, in qua erat spiritus vitæ.
- Ils entrèrent dans l'arche auprès de Noé, deux à deux, de toute chair ayant souffle de vie. (Ⅱ) - And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life. (Ⅲ) - εἰση̃λθον πρὸς Νωε εἰς τὴν κιβωτόν δύο δύο ἀπὸ πάσης σαρκός ἐν ὡ̨̃ ἐστιν πνευ̃μα ζωη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 15 ׃7 ויבאו אל נח אל התבה שנים שנים מכל הבשר אשר בו רוח חיים (Ⅴ)

Et quæ ingressa sunt, masculus et femina ex omni carne introierunt, sicut præceperat ei Deus : et inclusit eum Dominus deforis.\
- Il en entra, mâle et femelle, de toute chair, comme Dieu l'avait ordonné à Noé. Puis l'Éternel ferma la porte sur lui. (Ⅱ) - And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in. (Ⅲ) - καὶ τὰ εἰσπορευόμενα ἄρσεν καὶ θη̃λυ ἀπὸ πάσης σαρκὸς εἰση̃λθεν καθὰ ἐνετείλατο ὁ θεὸς τω̨̃ Νωε καὶ ἔκλεισεν κύριος ὁ θεὸς ἔξωθεν αὐτου̃ τὴν κιβωτόν (Ⅳ) - 16 ׃7 והבאים זכר ונקבה מכל בשר באו כאשר צוה אתו אלהים ויסגר יהוה בעדו (Ⅴ)

Factumque est diluvium quadraginta diebus super terram : et multiplicatæ sunt aquæ, et elevaverunt arcam in sublime a terra.
- Le déluge fut quarante jours sur la terre. Les eaux crûrent et soulevèrent l'arche, et elle s'éleva au-dessus de la terre. (Ⅱ) - And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐγένετο ὁ κατακλυσμὸς τεσσαράκοντα ἡμέρας καὶ τεσσαράκοντα νύκτας ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς καὶ ἐπληθύνθη τὸ ὕδωρ καὶ ἐπη̃ρεν τὴν κιβωτόν καὶ ὑψώθη ἀπὸ τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 17 ׃7 ויהי המבול ארבעים יום על הארץ וירבו המים וישאו את התבה ותרם מעל הארץ (Ⅴ)

Vehementer enim inundaverunt, et omnia repleverunt in superficie terræ : porro arca ferebatur super aquas.
- Les eaux grossirent et s'accrurent beaucoup sur la terre, et l'arche flotta sur la surface des eaux. (Ⅱ) - And the waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the earth; and the ark went upon the face of the waters. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπεκράτει τὸ ὕδωρ καὶ ἐπληθύνετο σφόδρα ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς καὶ ἐπεφέρετο ἡ κιβωτὸς ἐπάνω του̃ ὕδατος (Ⅳ) - 18 ׃7 ויגברו המים וירבו מאד על הארץ ותלך התבה על פני המים (Ⅴ)

Et aquæ prævaluerunt nimis super terram : opertique sunt omnes montes excelsi sub universo cælo.
- Les eaux grossirent de plus en plus, et toutes les hautes montagnes qui sont sous le ciel entier furent couvertes. (Ⅱ) - And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that were under the whole heaven, were covered. (Ⅲ) - τὸ δὲ ὕδωρ ἐπεκράτει σφόδρα σφοδρω̃ς ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς καὶ ἐπεκάλυψεν πάντα τὰ ὄρη τὰ ὑψηλά ἃ ἠ̃ν ὑποκάτω του̃ οὐρανου̃ (Ⅳ) - 19 ׃7 והמים גברו מאד מאד על הארץ ויכסו כל ההרים הגבהים אשר תחת כל השמים (Ⅴ)

Quindecim cubitis altior fuit aqua super montes, quos operuerat.
- Les eaux s'élevèrent de quinze coudées au-dessus des montagnes, qui furent couvertes. (Ⅱ) - Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail; and the mountains were covered. (Ⅲ) - δέκα πέντε πήχεις ἐπάνω ὑψώθη τὸ ὕδωρ καὶ ἐπεκάλυψεν πάντα τὰ ὄρη τὰ ὑψηλά (Ⅳ) - 20 ׃7 חמש עשרה אמה מלמעלה גברו המים ויכסו ההרים (Ⅴ)

Consumptaque est omnis caro quæ movebatur super terram, volucrum, animantium, bestiarum, omniumque reptilium, quæ reptant super terram : universi homines,
- Tout ce qui se mouvait sur la terre périt, tant les oiseaux que le bétail et les animaux, tout ce qui rampait sur la terre, et tous les hommes. (Ⅱ) - And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beast, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth, and every man: (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀπέθανεν πα̃σα σὰρξ κινουμένη ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς τω̃ν πετεινω̃ν καὶ τω̃ν κτηνω̃ν καὶ τω̃ν θηρίων καὶ πα̃ν ἑρπετὸν κινούμενον ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς καὶ πα̃ς ἄνθρωπος (Ⅳ) - 21 ׃7 ויגוע כל בשר הרמש על הארץ בעוף ובבהמה ובחיה ובכל השרץ השרץ על הארץ וכל האדם (Ⅴ)

et cuncta, in quibus spiraculum vitæ est in terra, mortua sunt.
- Tout ce qui avait respiration, souffle de vie dans ses narines, et qui était sur la terre sèche, mourut. (Ⅱ) - All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died. (Ⅲ) - καὶ πάντα ὅσα ἔχει πνοὴν ζωη̃ς καὶ πα̃ς ὃς ἠ̃ν ἐπὶ τη̃ς ξηρα̃ς ἀπέθανεν (Ⅳ) - 22 ׃7 כל אשר נשמת רוח חיים באפיו מכל אשר בחרבה מתו (Ⅴ)

Et delevit omnem substantiam quæ erat super terram, ab homine usque ad pecus, tam reptile quam volucres cæli : et deleta sunt de terra. Remansit autem solus Noë, et qui cum eo erant in arca.
- Tous les êtres qui étaient sur la face de la terre furent exterminés, depuis l'homme jusqu'au bétail, aux reptiles et aux oiseaux du ciel: ils furent exterminés de la terre. Il ne resta que Noé, et ce qui était avec lui dans l'arche. (Ⅱ) - And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐξήλειψεν πα̃ν τὸ ἀνάστημα ὃ ἠ̃ν ἐπὶ προσώπου πάσης τη̃ς γη̃ς ἀπὸ ἀνθρώπου ἕως κτήνους καὶ ἑρπετω̃ν καὶ τω̃ν πετεινω̃ν του̃ οὐρανου̃ καὶ ἐξηλείφθησαν ἀπὸ τη̃ς γη̃ς καὶ κατελείφθη μόνος Νωε καὶ οἱ μετ' αὐτου̃ ἐν τη̨̃ κιβωτω̨̃ (Ⅳ) - 23 ׃7 וימח את כל היקום אשר על פני האדמה מאדם עד בהמה עד רמש ועד עוף השמים וימחו מן הארץ וישאר[1] אך נח ואשר אתו בתבה (Ⅴ)

Obtinueruntque aquæ terram centum quinquaginta diebus.
- Les eaux furent grosses sur la terre pendant cent cinquante jours. (Ⅱ) - And the waters prevailed upon the earth an hundred and fifty days. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ὑψώθη τὸ ὕδωρ ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς ἡμέρας ἑκατὸν πεντήκοντα (Ⅳ) - 24 ׃7 ויגברו המים על הארץ חמשים ומאת יום (Ⅴ)
